nice clean hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

liked the bed. liked the sofa

Cons:

refrigerator was small and on floor. tall person can't see into it. luggage carts were horrible 3 wheels with tiny casters that have to be lifted over the smallest bump. wifi was useless. no breakfast

Pros:

Small touches were nice. Welcome/goodbye on the tv screen. Small light on. Very welcoming when I arrived. Prices reasonable in restaurant. Food was good. Limited but good. Everything clean and sharp looking. I’d stay again if I needed to fly out from Richmond.

Cons:

Some staff couldn’t speak English. Not a big issue but even when I said thank you, for cleaning, I just got nothing but her back. Happened at the desk too. I apparently approached the wrong person. Airport shuttle 15 mins late.

Pros:

This review is not a reflection of the property but for Booking itself. My partner and I prepaid the reservation once we arrive at the hotel. We are unable to check in due to booking not being able to provide the virtual card directly to the facility. We were not able to check in. We had nowhere to stay for the night the Sheraton was more than accommodating. We stayed with them before I love the facilities and I look forward to seeing you again However, I do not believe I will be booking the Sheraton through booking.com ever again.
