Cons:

Have phoned twice to complain about the lack of staff during breakfast. We needed a ticket for breakfast which no one told us about we believed we had paid for breakfast as it was green on the website but the hotel said we didn’t so charged my card anyway. Very disappointed that I’ve not had an email/call follow up regarding the complaint

Excelente opción para un día de paso por Richmond
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el servicio de restaurante ofrece muy buenas opciones de comida. A tan sólo dos minutos en distancia al aeropuerto.

Disappointed for the price point!
Pros:

The shower was amazing!

Cons:

Paid extra on reservation for breakfast and was told it was not included. Charged for a car to park but didn't have a car. Hot tub broken (no jets). Tv remote didn't work. Air in room not working well.

Better than expected
Pros:

Spacious parking lot and rooms

Cons:

Had to tell the person at the desk 4 times that someone threw up in the halls. Janitor is going around mopping the floors but not cleaning the carpet halls. The threw up was there’s for over 7 hours. Also it says pool and spa but that tiny hot tub attached to the pool was barely even considered a spa/hot tub

I was too tired , I just needed some sleep — but if it were earlier in the day I would have left .
Pros:

Hi My reservation wasn’t available when I arrived , as a result they had to downgrade me because there were sold
out .

They could have not overbooked .
