Disappointed for the price point!
Pros:

The shower was amazing!

Cons:

Paid extra on reservation for breakfast and was told it was not included. Charged for a car to park but didn't have a car. Hot tub broken (no jets). Tv remote didn't work. Air in room not working well.

Better than expected
Pros:

Spacious parking lot and rooms

Cons:

Had to tell the person at the desk 4 times that someone threw up in the halls. Janitor is going around mopping the floors but not cleaning the carpet halls. The threw up was there’s for over 7 hours. Also it says pool and spa but that tiny hot tub attached to the pool was barely even considered a spa/hot tub

I was too tired , I just needed some sleep — but if it were earlier in the day I would have left .
Pros:

Hi My reservation wasn’t available when I arrived , as a result they had to downgrade me because there were sold
out .

Cons:

They could have not overbooked .

Pros:

There was a sitting area. Bed was comfy. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower. Staff was friendly.

Overall, the hotel is nice but overpriced.
Pros:

I love how spacious the rooms are. My children and I usually stay there overnight when visiting family in Richmond.

Cons:

I’m disappointed with the extra fees during our stay. Paying an additional $10 per night for parking after already spending $196 for a one-night stay feels excessive. On top of that, there’s also a charge for a later checkout. While we’ve always loved staying at this hotel, the rising room rates and added costs have made it difficult to justify returning. Unfortunately, we’ll likely look for other places to stay when visiting Richmond in the future.
