PURE DISAPPOINTMENT

Didn’t like anything about this place

Cons:

We booked this place based on the “excellent “ rating and we also booked this property based on the outdoor lounge area (we never got to use). Nothing but disappointment here! Dirty shower floor, the cafeteria area was not maintained during and after breakfast. Dirty tables and food on the floor, damaged booth, the outside lounge area was not maintained, cushions missing, floor was not swept and maintained, dirty table. How hard is it sweep the area , wipe the tables and chairs down and replace the missing cushions for your guests? The exercise room was not maintained, cable box hanging over the tv, broken remote as if someone threw it at the nasty blue wall, disinfectant wipes were all dried out, balance ball was broken. Unable to use the exercise room! We booked two days through booking.com, ended up checking out a day early. So disappointed in this hotel! We want a FULL REFUND

Our stay was comfortable easy to where we needed ro be. Very xloae for location. Staff was friendly.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and gave us good tips for places to eat.Also when I needed more towels and a Tylenol they provided for me. I felt at home with there kindness.

Cons:

The only things we disliked was the microwave wasn't working properly and when it.came.time for breakfast a lot of people including us had to.wait which i know its know ones fault because they were booked but we had to be somewhere and one of the reasons we choose this hotel was the complimentary breakfast

Pros:

The staff were excellent. They were helpful and friendly. The manager helped me out when I thought I had lost my denture glue. He went out and bought me some with his own money. The hotel was clean. Easy access to highway
