Možnost parkiranja v podzemni garaži hotela, dober zajtrk in prijazno osebje.
V sobi so bili komarji in sledovi komarjev po stenah. Okna nimajo zaščitnih mrež proti komarjem.Komarji so že bil prisotnii v sobi, oken nisva odpirala.
It was the second time we stayed in Best Western. The room was spacious, excellent bed, cleaning services and the staff were very helpful, responsive and polite.
There was a problem with leaking bathtub and toilet but staff came to the rescue. They amended the leakage and the following day a plumber came.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any request. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Definitely, we would happily recommend Best Western Premier Plovdiv Hills hotel.

If I had to add something that I did not like I would say that it was a little far from center and that the price could have been a little lower.

Стаята беше много голяма, много приятно обзаведена и много удобна за ползване (като кафе-машина, мини-бар, гардероб, сейф, места за сядане). Дори и осветлението беше така разположено, че да е за максимално удобство. Почувствахме се като у дома си.
Great staff - everyone was kind and supportive. Anything we needed, they were there to help. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, there is everything you need, including a nice restaurant. There is an option to get a good breakfast which is great.
It's not that close to the center, but there are cheap taxis and buses nearby. Also, if it is not summer (35 degrees), a walk is also an option (around 25-30 min to the old center).
