Who could ask for more in a hotel?
Pros:

My hotel stay was an experience I had hoped. It was my first visit to Omaha and the hotel was a recommendation from the good people at the Omaha Welcome Center.

Got room 201, which seems a bit larger than a typical hotel room, with four windows. Gave the room a nice light during the day. The bathroom situation is weird, with a step up into the shower stall. Water pressure was sort of minimal.

The hotel staff are top notch. I had great conversations with all of them. Also, I used the shuttle service like no one's business. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I can't say I've had a better time at any other hotel in the past. It was premium. For any future visits to Omaha, the Magnolia will be my base.

Comfortable, friendly, accommodating
Pros:

Lovely hotel with great room and amenities. Olive and Ira’s lounge was great and our server, Sam, was very attentive.

It would be nice if the bar was open before 5. People traveling and checking in at 4 or before may want to relax with a cocktail when they arrive.

Stuff was just beautiful. Starting with that skinny blonde guy with short hair..in the lounge..he was very good at his work with a great smile. The front desk guys were perfect. Its a beautiful place.

The only thing we didn't like was the capert in our room. It was stinky. If they could remove the carpets in the rooms. Also the one who cleaned our room on 4th floor...Room 401 on sept 24....didn't do a good job. There were stains on the doors and surface. This person just rushed through & didn't wipe the doors and surfaces. Where was the head housekeeper to check?

Ortherwise this is a beautiful place.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location was perfect - easy walking distances to restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

Both check-in and check-out took much longer than expected. Not enough staff to accommodate the guests waiting to check-in/check-out. In fact, after waiting 15 minutes to check-out, we left our room key and departed because we were going to be late to a meeting (and, our attempt to check-out was at 7:45 a.m.)
Although the room was clean, the curtain was torn and the window was dirty.

Stunning Stay in Omaha
Pros:

The historic building was STUNNING! I really enjoyed the detail within it all like the paintings on the ceiling and the courtyard was a lovely space that was within the heart of the hotel but still allowed for some outside time. The room was pleasant and the shower had great spout pressure. When I booked, the area had seemed pretty central, but I wish it would have been more near the water, that is more of my issue, though. Really enjoyed the gated self park lot behind the building, I felt my vehicle was safe and it made loading/unloading luggage much easier.

Cons:

For stating it is a "pet friendly" facility, I felt there wasn't a lot of consideration for pet travelers. When we arrived, there was not clear signage for parking and once we did park in the back of the building in the gated lot, there was only a woodchip area in the designated pet zone. I was hoping for some grass. We also had some bad luck and the phone in the room did not work so we were not able to order down for room service which is a small inconvenience and just resulted in doing Ubereats.

It was good! Didn't use the hotel much but overall it wasn't a bad experience.
Pros:

Really comfy bed, room was nice, place was beautiful and staff was super nice. Food was good in the in house resturant.

Cons:

Paying for parking is wild, espically 32 per night. TV remote didnt work.

ADORE this hotel
Pros:

I adore this hotel. We have stayed multiple times for our anniversary or just a gorgeous unforgettable date night and I always feel like royalty when I stay here. The restaurant/bar is perfection for a evening cocktail or breakfast and a mimosa in the morning. Monique - shout out to you lady!! Fabulous, attentive, and sweet. Missy is also throwing down in the kitchen. We will return over and over again.

Architecturally beautiful hotel just outside Old Market
Pros:

Location was a short walk to Old Market. It was easy to get to from the zoo. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and chatted with us at check in and check out. We went for our anniversary and they took great care of us.

Another Wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had another wonderful stay at Magnolia! We were graced with a surprise upgrade to our room as well! The staff was super friendly and assisted quickly when we found out our key card didn't work for the parking on the first attempt.
Room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was great as well, with good hot water and pressure.
Overall another great stay, we will definitely be returning!

It was alright.
Pros:

I liked how it was pet friendly treated us the best way at the reception.

Cons:

I did not like that house keeping was a bit annoying kept knocking really early it wasn’t even time to check out.
