I liked the historic atmosphere of the hotel. The room was decorated nicely and had a welcoming feeling.
The noise from the street...I would stay here again and would ask for a room on the courtyard.
they make u feel like your at home and staff goes out of their way to give u there 200%
that I couldn't stay longer!!
Monique was helpful. Room was great. Bed was comfy. Decor was lovely.
We had our work conference here in April. Our room was clean except for the dusty light fixture, food left in fridge and poor water pressure.
I would take caution in planning future events here. We did not see our event planner nor did that department ever check in on us once we finalize things the weekend before and had arrived. The finalized information must not have been passed on to those that were assisting us and they were constantly trying to make up for a lack of communication.
At the end of the day, I am grateful for Cassie and Robert who truly went above and beyond to make sure that things were corrected. Thank you for your extra effort!
Great stay at this hotel! Very beautiful property and rooms. In house restraunt Olive and Ira’s was fantastic and our server Sam was great!
Great food good service from Monique
The atom sphere was amazing! Monique truly made us feel welcomed and made sure we were good! check in and check out!!
We come to the restaurant for a bite before our show at the Orpheum and always hope that we get Sam to wait on us! He is exceptional in his friendly manner, his efficient service and his sensitivity to his customers’ needs!!!
Wonderful service!
Food and atmosphere was amazing. Sam is a wonderful server
We love coming here, Sam is an excellent waiter and the environment is always warm and inviting. Staff are consistent and always very helpful. The food is hot and fresh and delicious.
A historic hotel in downtown Omaha. Great architecture and interesting layout.
Rooms are decent sized and beds are reasonably comfortable.
In town for a wedding reception. Great event area both inside and out. Catering Manager (Cassie) is outstanding. We noticed that the layout for the event did not have all the sufficient chairs or place settings. Brought it to Cassie’s attention and she knocked it out by herself. Great service throughout the night. Seemed understaffed, but Cassie handled it by herself. The meal choices for the reception included filet, salmon and a mushroom pasta. Our guests said that all three dishes were outstanding.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel (Olive and Ive’s). Good food, but could use additional staffing.
Parking is in an enclosed lot. There is a fee to park on the lot.
Great to interact with the manger of the hotel (Charles). Very helpful and informative especially as it relates to the history of the hotel. Easy to talk to and engaging .
I was here to dj for a wedding and the staff were not only super friendly but assisted me to the point I felt like a guest at the wedding I had a great time working with them especially Casey!! Looking forward to coming back!!
Accepted pets, fenced parking
Queen loft , 2 nd floor loft only accessible by 20 stairs, kitchen unit (mw) not clean, no dishes, glasses, soap… available ( had to call for delivery), tub had plastic taped inside to cover something, tub did not drain. Parking next to homeless shelter. Drop off in front- no staff to assist, and having to physically haul up your own luggage. This bit of info was never provided about hotel. The provided cream, make over remover looked Like something from a dollar store. No newspapers or tea offered in lobby. The staff didn’t seem to care that we were even there. We booked 2 nights and checked out a day early.
