Perfect breakfast for a busy day ahead
Pros:

Monique took such great care of us at Olive and Ira’s for breakfast. We had the yogurt bowl and the Magnolia Breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuit, breakfast potatoes). Missy our cook made our delicious breakfast to get us going for the day.

Perfect location and a great stay.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, nice central location. Just a short walk to great eateries and bars. Just a few blocks from the OmaDih if that's what you're into. The staff are fantastic. Easy going personable. Eager to help. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Omaha.

Charming hotel experience
Pros:

This is a charming older hotel that does not feel old--it feels unique. Convenient enough to the Old Market district and to other Omaha attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!
And a shout out to the Front Office Manager Jack Irvin who was one of the friendliest people you will meet!

Friendly and inviting
Pros:

I ended up with extra time after dropping my kiddo off at college and this was the perfect place to relax after the long drive from Oregon. It was a beautiful and perfect location.

Great hotel
Pros:

Kat at the front desk was friendly and very helpful! The hotel is beautiful, clean, centrally located, and the price is very reasonable. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Needs a refresh
Pros:

The Magnolia Hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there several years ago. So, I was eager to try it with my friend who was visiting from out of town. While the hotel is historic, the rooms really need a refresh. There was paint missing on walls and doors, the baseboards were in rough shape, and the tile in the bathroom needs a facelift. A lightbulb was missing in the bathroom and there was no ice bucket. When we asked a housekeeper she just shrugged her shoulders. The customer service was okay and check-in was easy. I was disappointed when we checked out that we weren't asked how our stay was. The night's stay was $173 plus parking so I would look around at other hotels before staying at the Magnolia again.

The hotel was nice and great location. It is older so a few things don’t work like brand new. Great price.
Pros:

Perfect walking distance to downtown without begin in the heart of the busyness. Complementary milk and cookies at night.

Cons:

The shower did not drain properly. The towel bar broke the day we were leaving. Looked like it was just pushed back in previously. The down button on level 3 did not work, had to press up in order to get the elevator to come.

The hotel had so much more character than many out there! It was a classy feel walking in.

The shower curtain was so short and light it blew into the shower stall. The toilet was a pain to flush.
