Pros:

This hotel is very broken, floor is sticky, the toilet doesn't function very well when i was there, those poo overflow and such kind of ugly looking situation should NEVER happen or deliver such room to customer. Even the price is low, but many situation can be avoid too if room service is doing better job. I ask for extra towel also NEVER deliver to us. Also there is no in house phone, u need walk to the counter if have any issue. But overall, it still consider not a very bad place to stay if u need simple, and cheaper option, because the location is good.

Good location, nice service, but bed bugs...
Pros:

Location is good, just 500m from Suria Sabah mall and quick walk to Jesselton Point jetty, to get boats to islands. Service also very nice, allowed to check in early. But it is really a very budget hotel, and you can get better for the price. Also, I woke up with lots of bumps all over my body so I conclude there were bed bugs.

Pros:

房間地理位置十分好，在大街，免卻在黑暗小街的擔心，因此樓下方便找食店、便利店、出名的食肆，步行往碼頭、Suria Sabah、換錢等亦方便。房間不算大，有毛巾、風筒、衣架、杯，其他主要物品自備吧！由於近車路，間中會有點嘈吵，房內的窗雖不能打開，但要看天色絕不是問題。

It is a strategic location where eateries, convenience stores, laundry, shopping malls are all nearby and just a walking distance. The price is affordable. However during the heavy downpour, my room was leaking n wet all over the floor. The bathroom was clogged as well

Pros:

I got this hotel on a discount, and was quite pleased. It was comfortable clean, and centrally located. There are lots of close places to eat. It is close to the pier. It is very walkable. It also has one very good movie channel. My only complaint is security. you can take the elevator directly to any floor without passing through the lobby, so it is open to the street.
