Ottimo Hotel, posizione strategica
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, Cortesia del personale, pulizia, servizi, qualità della struttura, dell'arredamento, ottimo il letto e il cuscino, bagno nuovo e perfettamente pulito. Colazione ottima.

We had an excellent stay - room, location, staff, snacks….we will be back!
Pros:

Location was excellent, the property itself was immaculate with some nice touches and furnishings. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and provided excellent advice on local attractions (special call-out to Aneta and Arte). The complimentary evening aperitif with snacks was great as too was the breakfast.

Nothing noteworthy to add!

Enfin un hotel 4 étoile en Italie qui respecte tous les critères de sa catégorie. Personnel très professionel et serviable. Petit déjeuner à la carte fantastique pour la catégorie, en évitant un énorme buffet, ils garantissent une qualité de produits supérieur à la norme.

Un bellissimo soggiorno immerso nelle bellezze dei capolavori conservati nei vari monumenti dtei

La colazione era più che buona con prodotti di qualità.
La cosa che mi è più piaciuta è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale che fa di tutto per accoglierti al meglio.
La posizione della struttura è eccellente in quanto si trova veramente a pochi passi dal centro soprattutto se ci si reca a Firenze per turismo.
L'ottimo servizio di parcheggio con consegna e riconsegna davanti alla struttura stessa ti consente di ricoverare l'auto al meglio e di muoverti per la città a piedi senza problemi.

Cons:

L'unica piccola cosa che ho notato è che il mobilio della stanza era un pochino vissuto e anche se molto bello presentava un po di scheggiature date presumibilmente dall'uso forse poco attento e rispettoso dei vari visitatori.

Would Definitely Come Back
Pros:

The location is super close to all main museums and to the center station. The staff were very friendly especially Anet who made us feel very welcomed right from the start. The view was beyond amazing being able to see the duomo from our bed. The hotel has an overall cozy and homey feel that makes us want to go back again whenever we are in Florence.

Cons:

Very minor issue but it would make a lot of difference if fresh omlettes are prepared for breakfast.

Amazing stay! I have no complaints. Fantastic staff and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating and really helped me out navigating the city by letting me know the exact trains to take to get to the location. The rooms were spotless! And very beautiful hotel. I stayed in another hotel the night before and paid more that double what I paid here and they didn’t even have half the amenities at Arté
