Das Frühstück war sehr nett mit Buffet und Bestellung von der Karte. Sehr persönlich, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Das Service inkl. Parking-Service war toll und wichtig bei dieser zentralen TOLLEN Lage. Jederzeit wieder.
Great location and nice boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and the happy hour was a nice touch. Room was nice and matched photos online.
Wished breakfast was included and one room was tight for family of five.

Breakfast was a simple cold breakfast buffet (pastries, cold cuts & cheese, yogurt, fruit , granola, eggs & pancakes). Lovely juices and coffee. Perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing!! It was our first time there so the hotel was an easy walking distance to everything. Even made it easy when we needed a quick rest between activities. Staff was wonderful and really helpful how to get the most out of short stay in Florence. Highly recommend.

Das Arte Boutique Hotel hat insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, aber sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes oder Außergewöhnliches.
Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das abendliche Apéro, das wirklich gelungen ist und eine angenehme Atmosphäre bietet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super – zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Fantástico! La decoración súper y el servicio de la recepcionista fue ejemplar. La ubicación en pleno centro con la facilidad de tener valet parking, que fue genial ya que encontrar sitio para aparcar era difícil.
Quizá las vistas del hotel no es lo más, pero se podía ver desde nuestro el balcón el Duomo

Great location - very close to all the main shopping, restaurants and museums. Yet, the hotel is still is very quiet. Also very easy access to the airport, with Tram T2 less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
