Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location.
Unfortunately there is no hot breakfast on offer. It’s not a problem for me but some guests may have a preference for it on occasion.
Fantastic location let us walk to everything in Florence. We could see the Duomo from our window. Very welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. We loved this hotel!

The staff were so helpful, attention to small detail very good. I loved the nibbles they put out around 4pm. Very helpful. Brilliant.

Das Personal inkl. Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, ebenso die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels. Die Lage top.

Excellent location for the city sights, all in easy walking distance. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were absolutely fabulous. Very friendly and informative. The hotel furnishings are splendid and innovative and very comfortable. A brilliant place to stay.
