L eleganza e la discrezione dell accoglienza
The hotel was excellent. The location was very central and it appeared to us we could walk to the main attractions generally between 5 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. We also liked that the hotel and location being slightly away from the main tourist attractions was swamped with tourists so restaurants and bars around the hotel had a good mix of local and tourists. Another benefit was the hotel is very near (St. Marco square) for the tram to and from the airport 5 minute walk.
The room and overall hotel was very clean and you tell they had been recently renovated and the overall ambience was very calming after the bustling streets of Florence.
Other reviews have given positive comments off the Continental breakfast which I endorse, as the selection of meats, cheeses, breads /pastries etc. was very good. Also, a another major bonus was the free daily (6pm to 8pm) appreitivo drinks and bar snacks provided. This was a super start to evening plans.
Last but not least, the staff were superb, very friendly, could not help enough and always had a smile. I wish all hotels had the same attitude to Customer Service!!!!
The Art has certainly been put into the Arte Hotel and and is a masterpiece of a Boutique hotel.
Nothing to note. Maybe the hotel signage on the wall could be a little larger to aid helping you find the hotel entrance on first arrival, if you are not arriving by taxi / Uber.

The Arte was a delight. We found the staff welcoming and knowledgeable. We found it a very inviting respice after touring the streets of Florence daily.
家族で二泊しました。サービス、部屋の美しさ、清潔さ、シャワーの設備にとても満足し素晴らしい滞在となりました。前日の早朝に空港へ出発しなくてはなりませんでしたが、事前にタクシーの手配予約と朝食も部屋に届けていただき、大変助かりました。子供達にも親切なので家族連れでも心地よく利用できます。外のドアを開ける方法を親切に説明してくださいましたが、その通りにしてもドアが開かないことはありました。ただ電話すればすぐに対応していただけます。
大変満足していますが、強いて言えば、ドライヤーのコードをさしても直ぐに抜けてしまい、抑えながら使いました。私たちの使い方が悪かったのか、コンセントの問題なのかは分かりません。また、これは日本以外を旅していればよくあることですが、トイレは詰まりやすいので注意が必要です。

The breakfast.. only sugary options or boiled eggs which took 10 mins and was served 1 egg and had to ask for another which took another 10 mins, nowhere in the world would a 4 star serve 1 egg as a serving size,..

Hotel beautiful and all the staff are lovely. Really appreciated the Prosecco on arrival, and the evening drinks plus hors d’oeuvres are a great idea. Our experience of Florence as a beautiful city was enhanced by our experience staying at this property.
