I did not stay here, but my sister and I happened to walk past this hotel and look inside and it was the most darling little Bar. We went in and had a cocktail and our bartender was certainly the kindest bartender that we had experienced in the two weeks in Florence. He made us a delicious snack of mini croissant sandwiches and potato chips and talk to us about places that we should go while we’re there. He told us all about the design of the hotel, and after we were done, we walked around the hotel and looked in a few rooms that were being worked on, and they were absolutely beautiful. It is located in a great area close to everything and extremely reasonable. If I were to suggest a hotel in Florence, it would be this one.
Отличное месторасположение в центре, и конечно же вид на купол! прекрасный номер, при заселении нас поселили в номер, явно больший, чем мы бронировали, наверное 4х местный с классным видом! Благодарю команду отеля за заботу! по логистике, очень легко добраться пешком от жд станции.

A little more attention should be paid to the bed linen and towels: they had quite a lot of hair on them. The bathrobe in the bathroom did not seem very clean.

Katastrophale Anfahrt zum Hotel . Alle Strassen rund um das hotel waren gesperrt wegen Bauarbeiten. Auch kein Kurzparkplatz vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Nothing we didn’t like but the entrance via the second floor was unusual
Excellent location. Just far enough to be quiet and close enough to be fun. The room was spacious and well appointed. Great view from the private terrace, comfortable bed, and great water pressure.
