Good value for money in Nairobi center
Pros:

No frills hotel but great value for money. Staff in the reception and restaurant were very nice and welcoming

Pros:

Excellent location near to city market and lots of shops, restaurants etc Basic but big, clean room with a small balcony. Warm water. No air con ( no need for us) but fan ( we didn'tuse either). Kind and smiling staff. It's located on 2nd floor, no lift, no problem for us.

Hotel perfecto en el centro de Nairobi
Pros:

Un hotel en el centro de Nairobi que cumple con todo lo necesario, el personal muy atento y amable. Repetí 2 veces en el hotel por sus buenas características.

Cons:

El wifi falla a veces y el restaurante no tiene una carta para elegir.

Pros:

・ダウンタウンの中心地にあるものの、Jamiaモールという建物の３階にありセキュリティもいるので安心して滞在していられると思います。
・スタッフが優しい。タンザニアのモシ二移動する予定だったのでおすすめのバス会社を聞いたところ、セキュリティが一緒について回ってくれた。またケニアから日本に荷物を送る予定もあり段ボールを探していたところ複数のスーパーを回って聞いてくれた。（結局ホテルにあった段ボールを頂きましたが、、、）
・ホットシャワーが出ます。タオルと石鹸付き。中級ホテルクラスだと思うが値段としてもお得感はあると思う。
・併設レストランが美味しい。

Cons:

・ダウンタウンの中心地にあるので、周囲の治安は若干良くないかも。移動はタクシーを使うのがいいかと思ます。
・はじめはどこにあるかわからないかも。周りの人に聞いたら教えてくれると思いますが、、、

A convenient place for a short stay.
Pros:

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which created a positive first impression throughout my stay. The property is also very easy to access, even late at night, which adds a sense of convenience and security for guests arriving after hours. The rooms are impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. While the décor and furnishings are a little dated, the overall space and layout still contribute to a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

In the past, the property provided shower slippers, which were a practical and appreciated amenity. These are no longer available, and when I enquired, the duty staff advised that they are no longer offered and that bathmats are provided instead. However, a different staff member later mentioned that slippers can still be requested from reception, which created some confusion. Clear and consistent communication on this would be helpful for guests.
Only one small bottle of water was provided in the room, which is not quite sufficient for guests arriving late at night, especially when shops are closed and there is no immediate access to additional drinking water. A slightly larger bottle or an additional one would make a meaningful difference to the guest experience.

El personal está siempre disponible y dispuesto a ayudar. Es muy bueno. Además hay recepción 24/7

Price convenient hotel on central Nairobi
Pros:

Central hotel in the second floor of the Jamia mall in front of the central market, Naivas market 100 m. Good location. Ample room, comfortable bed, working TV, good shower. My room did not have a mosquito net. Friendly personnel, clean. Price OK.

Cons:

No AC, no ceiling fan. Room gets very hot

Die sehr zentrale Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
