La ubicación del parqueo y que nadie hable español
Up to date, unkept, clean, polite staff, the amenities it offers.
Parking is madness. Food felt like they can have a better selection of the menu.
The reception area was cool
Restaurant closed early in my opinion
Location!
Room quality and facilities
During the Charlie Puth concert not too long ago, it was hard to get parking around the place. Parking is almost $100/night and you can't even get basic guidance to the venue and got sent in circles and told to speak with the front desk. When asked for directions from the front desk staff, the lady katie pointed to some one else to ask for help like it was the wrong department to ask if you live here and don't know where something is, how do you expect a person that's not from here to know? its a business hotel, and sure were not very well dressed like other people, but it felt discrimatory just to get simple directions.
Camera silenziosa,posizione dell’hotel ottima,colazione buona e varia
The room name said it's a suite. So I was expecting there to be two rooms, i.e. there's a door in between the bedroom part and the living part of that room, but there wasn't a door. It was very open. It would have been better if there was a separate room with a wall and door.
For a large hotel, in the heart of a touristy area, it was very quiet. The elevators were efficient even when my convention let out 1000 people at once. Having water stations and a small market with a microwave was really helpful when we didn't have time for a full meal. And being across the street from a grocery was super helpful also. Additionally, when I requested foam pillows because of an allergy to feathers, they initially said they were out of them, but 30 minutes later I received 2. This saved my night (and money as I would have had to go purchase a pillow for the rest of my stay).
One of the two beds was a little worn in; dipped in the middle. However, I really have no other complaints. I have been travelling a lot recently and this was a very comfortable stay.
I strongly advise against considering this hotel for your stay. The staff is terrible and deceitful. We made and paid for a reservation for a room with two beds, but when we arrived after a long journey with two children, our room was not available. The receptionist, Max, insisted that we cancel the reservation ourselves.
After a brief conversation, he told us he would take care of it and assured us that we would get a full refund. However, he misled us, as he canceled the reservation citing that we didn’t show up, and now we only received 50% of the room cost back from http://Booking.com.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible… Stay away from this hotel!

We are a family traveling with kids, and we had reached out to the front desk inquiring on the pet policy for the hotel; one of our kids has severe pet hair allergy. The female receptionist at the front desk was beyond rude with her tone and verbiage during the inquiry call. She basically verbalized that our concern was obsolete, and the hotel cannot accommodate this request. Mind you we were not insisting to have a pet-free accommodation arrangement, we were simply requesting info because it was a health necessity. It was so unnecessary and unprofessional on her part. She behaved in a very dismissive way, and did not care for the health hazard it could present to the potential guests. Too bad that we had previously stayed this hotel before, and never had this poor of guest experience. To be disregarded and disrespected (even just over the phone) was a clear sign that the customer service presented was not what we valued and wished for. Despite its ideal location and amenities, we will no longer be guests here. If you have any pet allergy, just know that your needs matter. Don't be miserable and experience a health hazard while you are on vacation away from home.
