Great location nice staff but few minor issues, daily housekeeping requested and not provided, windows extremely dirty, toiletries empty on arrival. Much better hotels in San Francisco that at least manage to get the basics right
Room, amenities, bed, view were impeccable!
Parked across the street because the parking fee is ridiculous! Trying to find a way to drive into the front part of the hotel feels like walking into a death trap. I’ll just uber in next time.
I liked how the hotel was clean from inside and smelled very good.
I don’t like how people already pay a good amount of money for the stay and we still had to pay EXTRA for parking this hotel has 0 parking unless it’s valet parking and for people who have big cars like us the charge for valet was 200 a night which is ridiculous. This hotel should have a parking lot for all of its guest . Not just valet parking .
Absolutely nothing
Filthy dirty room and the manager didn’t care
The location was good as we were able to walk to the Giant's game and to SFMOMA. The room was fine. It was an average room that you would expect if you were staying at a chain hotel.
I booked through Booking.com and was given a rate inclusive of taxes and resort fees. When checking in, the front desk added a required $30 "hotel food and beverage credit" to our room rate and said we could spend $20 of it a the hotel restaurants. The prices at the in-hotel "Grag & Go-Mission St. Pantry" were high- $9 yogurt, $12 sparkling water, $10 still water. So the $20 didn't go far.
Additionally, if you want "enhanced wifi" the hotel charges $19.95/day
Valet parking is $95/day. I recommend parking across the street from the hotel instead. We paid $35 for overnight parking.
No room service.
The property's nice, location's a standout - super convenient! 👍 Value for money, I'd say. One thing though - the restaurant could be better.
The food shop near reception is a lifesaver, got everything for breakfast and more. Plus, it's super connected to all the viewpoints 🚀
Overall, a solid choice for SF!
