Surprised extra charge.
Pros:

As noted this is a good space to stay although a bit awkward to get to. We were surprised and disappointed that we were charged $10 to park next to our unit in an almost empty parking lot. A total unnecessary charge that was not noted by Hotels.com.

Pungent ODOR in room 213 and door impossible to op
Pros:

The room smelled awful ! Had to ram door open with my shoulder to get in Room 213. Had to do this every time just to get in then the pungent odor hits you. Not Marriott quality and you'd be better off going somewhere else.

A 250 dollar hold was put on my account that was not disclosed. I haven’t received the payment back over a week later. The hotel is outside which isn’t disclosed in the pictures of the property. They have a parking fee that’s not necessary.

The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff at the front desk are friendly. The room we stayed in needs renovations. The bath tub appears dirty but could be old and needs to be replaced. The water backs up in the tub while trying to shower. The floors were dirty with hair, and the walls were stained. House keeping will only remove or replace linen such as towels on the third day. We had to go to the front desk for linen. Please don’t be fooled by nice pictures. This hotel is an overpriced worn out hotel.

We did not appreciate that the next door neighbors were always outside blocking our staircase and making noise until very very late at night. Because the rooms are all accessible from the outside no one from the hotel did anything.
