Me encanta que la piscina tiene diferentes medidas, em desayuno por la mañana es delicioso, y siendo mi segunda vez en este hotel puedo decir que adoro las camas que son super comodas

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy desagradable debido a la falta de limpieza. Las sábanas de las camas tenían un olor muy fuerte a sucio y a sudor, como si no hubieran sido cambiadas antes de nuestra llegada. El olor era realmente desagradable y hacía difícil sentirse cómodo en la habitación.

Además, en el baño había moho visible en varias paredes, lo cual me pareció totalmente inaceptable para un hotel.

Lo peor es que pagamos casi $300 por una sola noche. Por ese precio, esperaba como mínimo una habitación limpia, higiénica y en buenas condiciones. Definitivamente, este nivel de suciedad no corresponde con lo que cobran por hospedarse aquí.

Necesitan mejorar muchísimo el servicio de limpieza y revisar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas a los huéspedes. No fue en absoluto la experiencia que esperaba de un Holiday Inn.
