Price and amenities
We had to extgend our stay by one day after staying there for 5 days. When rebooking, we found they were out of the same room type, so we booked a different one. The manager were nice enough that he suggested us to check back on the day we need to switch over, and arranged so that we can stay at the same room, and with no additional charge! We are definitely appreciative of all that he did for us.
Staff were great; they are ready to help for any questions and issues. The day time managers have more ways to help. Area are clean, and the atrium in the middle of the hotel is refreshing. Overall facility is a little old, but renewed adequately and kept clean.
Only complaint I have was the shower: the pull gadget that switches between faucet and shower is rusted out, causing half of the water to go down through the faucet, and only half came through the shower head!
The hotel is located on the east side of the San Jose Airport, but is inconvenient for me as I need to go to Sunnyvale daily. I always had to get through the highways, which were congested during mornning and evening hours.
Breakfast is ok. Glad for the early shuttle to the airport.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed.
The pillows are terrible, the shower is clogged.
Rash from bed for starters. Noisy. Heater and AC did not stay for more than 2 minutes. Outside 1 bedroom unit with a door that had a major draft under doorway which was cold night. No Wifi access signal would not reach room, Zero access and many attempts. Rash on my hamstrings both legs from bed I presume. Requested wake up call, no wake up call. I could hear the neighbors. Your maintenance crew working on site started their angle grinder tool at 7 a.m. I was up before that, but still that is a jarring tool noise for 7 am to hear. Not much help from front desk. Gate did not lock and was never completely closed or latched. Very confusing layout.

The staff were all exceptional and courteous. The room was was deilghtful and clean and quiet.
The sink did not drain, the shower head was plugged up, not adequate water flow. The carpets need wash, the conditioner was noisy.
Breakfast was good.
Jacuzzi was never warm enough to use.
I liked that the parking was locked away as it wasn’t in the best part of town.
Our room honestly smelled like animal urine which was a little disappointing. For the price we paid, it wasn’t bad. It was nice having breakfast included. But I wish it was a little cleaner and less old looking. Our room didn’t look like the pictures.
