Pros:

Travelling back to Scotland after getting off the ferry in Harwich so it was about 9pm when we arrived. Check in was very easy and the staff member was very friendly and helpful (as were all the staff we encountered). Room had air con which was very much appreciated. Great breakfast and nice bar/restaurant area. Good location for our one night stay on our journey home with easy access to the relevant roads.

Cons:

Room maybe a little dated with a pretty small bathroom and 'over the bath' shower but nothing very major really.

Very nice airy room, everything you needed for a casual or working stopover.

Cons:

Not that they can change this but toilet/shower was very tight. If one person was in there it was virtually impossible for the other to get in.

Fantastic hotel, great parking and the aircon is a godsend
Pros:

Great location, very quiet and set back from the road. Easy access from all car parks and plenty of parking spaces. Lot of green space to walk the dog around and the site was clean and tidy. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and most importantly the aircon worked a charm in the scorching heatwave. Staff were all very polite and helpful and the whole checking in process was as easy as possible.

Cons:

Rooms could have had more tea and coffee provided and a mini-fridge to store items would have been great. Also another plug socket near the bed would be ideal for charging phones overnight. Bins could also be bigger and spare bags provided to help dispose of any rubbish in the room more easily.

Useful and comfortable for my visit, with a warm welcome. Will stay again.
Pros:

There is a very kind and friendly lady on reception who always goes the extra mile with a smile, she made a good impression the last two times that I have stayed here. Unfortunately I forgot to take note of her name but I know she is Portuguese. The bed is comfy, location useful for my business trip and the food is very tasty.

Cons:

The steam room and changing rooms could do with a freshen up. Quite a few options on the menu were unavailable.
