Pros:

Good value for money.
Enjoyed the pool.
Good location.

Cons:

Instead of a wardrobe with opening doors right by the front door, it would be more practical to build an open wardrobe with a sliding door. There were also no coat hangers so I've ended up forgetting my coat after leaving it in the wardrobe.

Useful and comfortable for my visit, with a warm welcome. Will stay again.
Pros:

There is a very kind and friendly lady on reception who always goes the extra mile with a smile, she made a good impression the last two times that I have stayed here. Unfortunately I forgot to take note of her name but I know she is Portuguese. The bed is comfy, location useful for my business trip and the food is very tasty.

Cons:

The steam room and changing rooms could do with a freshen up. Quite a few options on the menu were unavailable.

The TV in my room didn't work. I spent 15 minutes trying to make it work then called reception for help but there was no answer. Gave up and read a book!

Great location, clean and friendly
Pros:

Good breakfast plenty of choice.

Cons:

I was on the 2nd floor with 2 children on my own and lots of luggage and no lift and a long walk which I thought was ridiculous in a hotel of that size. Definitely should be a consideration when allocating rooms or at least state very clearly customers that there is no lift. When I spoke to the reception after I had you d the room they were very apologetic offered to assist in the morning and to move rooms but I declined as I wanted to get the children fed and put to bed. Gentleman was great it wasn’t his fault.

Excellent site with clean facilities and very friendly staff
Pros:

The room was spacious but the bathroom was small and very tight to move around in, the room was clean and tidy and when I asked for it to be cleaned for the seconded night it was done so.

Cons:

I booked breakfast with my stay and found it was served cold, this was very disapointing for a hotel of this standard, when I complained to the staff they told me that I should have mentioned it earlier and they would have cooked a special one for me. As the room was crowded I thought that most of the people there would have had the same problem.

We boeken dit hotel altijd als we naar Ipswich gaan alleen nu waren er tegenslagen
Het zwembad was buitengebruik te laat geïnformeerd
Ontbijt was slecht verzorgt werd niet goed aangevuld kaas niet op voorraad bananen die er verlept uitzagen karig met brood werd niet goed aangevuld
Wij hebben de manager erop aangesproken dat we zeer teleurgesteld waren we waren trouwe klant van Holiday inn
Maar wij komen niet meer terug geen compensatie niks en je betaald toch 325 pond voor een kamer mag je toch wat verwachten slechte service
