Gutes Frühstück vom buffet

Cons:

Sehr lautes Zimmer direkt neben der Bundesstraße. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Vorhang und konnte nicht ausreichend abgedunkelt werden. Ich war 3 Nächte im Hotel. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und keine Handtücher getauscht.

Stay there multiple times because family lives near by but need to work on the issues above. Don’t feel welcome and poor

Cons:

The refrigerator didn’t work and they said would fix it but didn’t. Not told that to clean room we needed to tell them at check in. Had to pay in advance. When cleaned room on 2nd night didn’t empty trash can. Staff was not friendly.

Gute Lage, sehr sauber und modern, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Kein Hinweis beim Einchecken das das Frühstück extra kostet und ob man es dazubuchen möchte, beim Frühstück wird man eher unfreundlich angeredet, weil die Zimmernummer nicht auf der Liste steht und Rezeptionisten verdreht noch die Augen beim Nachfragen…. Viel Luft nach oben, trübt den Aufenthalt ungemein, Sauberkeit der Tische auf der Dachterasse entspricht auch nicht dem vermeintlichen Anspruch! Werde dort nicht mehr buchen!

Lovely hotel but situated within an industrial area. Staff were very pleasant.
Pros:

The service from staff and our room were very good. Breakfast was very well laid out with lots to choose from.

Cons:

Disappointed that we couldn’t get an evening meal as the restaurant is closed in the evening at present which meant taking a drive to eat.
Floor of shower cubicle is extremely slippery when wet.

Pros:

The hotel is in an industrial park just off autbahn. Suitable for stop over when travelling. Rooms clean and excellent breakfast. Plenty parking available when I visited.
Rooms are all triple glazed and you cannot hear a sound from outside. Also AC works.

Cons:

Nothing really.
