L’emplacement et la literie. Les draps bien propres et le tapis de douche changer tous les jours comme les serviettes
La poussière au sol dans la chambre. J’ai même jeté au sol un bout de laine rouler pour voir si on passait l’aspirateur. Déjà le premier jour j’étais fatiguée je n’ai pas bien regardé le lendemain au réveil j’ai vu la poussière par terre je me suis dit ils feront le ménage ça ira. Et non juste faire le lit et changement de serviette

Нам не понравилось качество уборки, жара и духота в номере 14 с 30 июля по 3 августа, в жаркое время одного кондиционера на этот большой номер недостаточно!!! На нашу просьбу как-то компенсировать это неудобство не получили положительного ответа. Очень жаль, мы приезжали в этот отель не первый раз, но теперь поняли, что в следующий приезд поедем в другой отель.

Az ágy és a párnák kényelmesek. A berendezés ízléses. A szobában kávé és tea bekészítés. Fürdőben tusfürdő és testápoló.
Ugyan nem vettük igénybe a reggelit, de nagyon ízlésesen volt felkínálva.

Hotel is located in the centre with easy access to sights but is very quiet.

We didn't get breakfast and ate out as the options weren't vast for vegans, that's okay though.
It didn't affect us but no lifts (rooms are 2 short flights of stairs up).
As IRISH guests we loved everything about the hotel ...the ..interior was beautiful and it was so close to everything ...friendly , helpful staff...the extra touches like fresh lemon water ...pastries ....chilled milk... available throughout the day and evening.
Our room was looking onto the busy street but the windows did a great job blocking out any noise ..though tbf it's nice having abit of life outside..but if this puts anyone off it was only traffic ..and eased off in evening ..it wasn't any rowdy noise.
My husband and myself met up with our son who was interrailing..so he stayed one night too .
Breakfast definitely worth trying too.
I'm glad my room had a window looking out to the city ..my son's room was darker as it only looked out to an inside courtyard effect ..though it was very characterful..though he was happy with it
Design vom Zimmer, absolute Ruhe im Schlafraum und die gut abgestimmte Klimaanlage bei der man nicht gefroren hat.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch.

Kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lage ist super, sehr zentral.
Wir waren mit dem Motorrad vor Ort und konnten diese direkt am Hotel abstellen, mit dem PKW dürfte es nicht so einfach sein.
