Eine Woche in Rio

Gute Lage an einem ruhigen Strand. Zimmer mit mega Aussicht im 18. Stock.

Cons:

Jeden 2. Tag hat die Karte für das Zimmer nicht funktioniert und musste neu aufgeladen werden. Das Zimmer wurde nur alle 3-4 Tage gesaugt. Direkt über dem Zimmer in der 19. Etage liegt die Bar und der Pool, dadurch etwas lauter.

Colchão excessivamente mole e completamente deformado!!! Passou da hora de trocá-lo no quarto 1004 !!!Constato o mesmo problema e repito a mesma reclamação de 1 ano atrás em outro quarto do Windsor . Uma lástima, pois fora isto a estada foi muito boa. Diante disto, preferir dormir 2 noites no chão forrado do cobertor do que exigir uma troca de colchão ou de quarto com os inconvenientes que isto ocasiona. Resolvemos optar por outra alternativa de hotel nas redondezas na próxima estada no Rio.

Cons:

Habíamos reservado habitación de 3, y solo había 2 camas. Agregaron un camastro a último momento, no lo aclararon al momento de la reserva. La noche que estuvimos no hubo electricidad por lo tanto el restaurant estaba cerrado.
