Experiência turística ou para eventos completa!
Pros:

Profissionais extremamente acolhedores, excelente localização, além de um restaurante maravilhoso com cardápio room service 24h tendo praticamente os mesmos pratos disponíveis. Área linda e com tudo que atende as mais diferentes demandas, academia, lazer e trabalho. Agradeço a toda equipe pela hospitalidade. Detalhe: aos fãs de Clarice Lispector o hotel é vizinho de onde a autora morou e contribui para um excelente percurso literário. Certamente esta foi minha primeira experiência de muitas no local. Até breve!

Vista belíssima do Leme
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente e com o tempo de serviço ótimo (até 10:30) mesmo durante a semana. A localização é excelente e as acomodações com vista para mar valem muito a pena.

Cons:

Antes das 9h a camareira estava limpando o quarto ao lado e fazendo muito barulho. Seria importante orientá-las para que busquem não bater portas, conversar e bater baldes no banheiro.

Chuveiro excelente, roupa de cama gostosa. Aos arredores do hotel tem tudo. Praticamente nao usamos uber, só andamos a pé.

O quarto muito espaçoso. A limpeza do enxoval em geral, excelente. O cafe da manha muito bom e a localização também excelente.

Cons:

Check in muito tarde; tivemos que sair para trabalhar e so conseguimos fazer check in no retorno a noite.

Eu enviei uma observação que estávamos comemorando 1 ano de casados e pedi um mimo. A verdade é que a maioria das redes nem lê as observações. Então fiquei surpresa e encantada quando cheguei lá e haviam dado um up grade de quarto para a gente. Sei que isso não é possível sempre, mas o fato de terem parado para analisarem o que poderiam fazer por nós fez toda a diferença! OBRIGADA! Foi perfeitoooo <3

Needs of guests have low priority
Pros:

The Leme beach is beautiful and calm. There are bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Shampoo and Shower gel were provided. The rooftop has an amazing view.

Cons:

The staff was overwhelmed and stressed. Processes were inefficient. Preferential treatment to elders was denied, early check-in impossible. Rooms were still not ready at official check-in time. Check-out resulted in a ten minute waiting time while housekeeping checked if the minibar had been used, we were not allowed to leave during that waiting time. Never seen this level of distrust to hotel guests.
