I was staying for the second time, and it was a great stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Food was well prepared and served. Super friendly staff. The ladies at the spa upstairs, keep up the smiles and good work.

Cons:

The balcony surface and chair are covered in dust, and they seem not to have been cleaned in a while. The stay per night is a bit expensive.

No wellcome drink for five star hotel.please make it 4. Apparently heated swimming pool has been working for a while.i went there so i can spent time swimming.i could have chosen a cheaper hotel just for sleeping and breakfast

Pros:

The royalty and the ambience we experienced at the property was out of this world, the rooms, the interior design of the building, woow!!

Cons:

Their à la carte meals was boring as we are used to buffet meals, and the radius from Sun City is a little bit far

There is a huge potential to go back to what it used to be.

Passable.
Pros:

The bathroom in one of our rooms was smelling so badly I had to ask for the staff to thoroughly clean it the next day with drain cleaner or something. It was much better after that.

Cons:

Smell from the bathroom was repulsive.
