Not great experience
Pros:

The hotel’s location is convenient, with the city center within easy walking distance. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of food.

Unfortunately, our overall experience did not match the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The rooms have no air conditioning or proper ventilation, so the only option is to open the windows. However, during the night we were repeatedly woken up by the noise of passing trains.

Cons:

To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in one of our rooms. We informed the reception the following morning, but there was no apology, no expression of concern, and no attempt to compensate us in any way (for example, by waiving the parking fee). This lack of customer service was very disappointing.

While the location and breakfast are definite positives, the room conditions and the way our complaint was handled fell far below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel no longer deserves its current 4-star rating.

Perfekt für Businessreisende
Pros:

Das freundliche Personal und die ausgezeichnete Lage, sowie die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen. Im Winter oder bei "normalen " Temperaturen genügt der Ventilator.

Nicht zufrieden.
Cons:

Eine Unterkunft im Jahr 2026 ohne Klimaanlage ist meines Erachtens nach eine Frechheit. Nicht einmal eine funktionierende Ventilation.
Ein Bügeleisen sucht man vergebens. Vier Sterne? Auf keinen Fall.

Perfect hotel in Dresden Neustadt
Pros:

I had a great stay at the hotel. It is very clean, in a good location and the staff is very friendly. I even got a room upgrade. I can highly recommend it!

I’d stay here again for sure
