The overall experience was great and helped overcome the shortcomings in the room
Pros:

The common area of the hotel was beautiful! The whole space was very aesthetic. The staff was helpful and made dealing with parking a breeze!

Cons:

The amenities in the room itself were rough. There were no makeup wipes or hand soap and the room's shower drain was awful. My ten minute shower resulted in nearly a foot of standing water in the tub.

Overall the day was still good however, please improve on your breakfast and bring it back to your normal standards.
Pros:

The property is very convenient for us for a weekend getaway. The rooms are very spacious, generally clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Normally, one of the things I like best is the breakfast in the morning. unfortunately, the breakfast on this day was less than optimal instead of having the usual biscuits and gravy they had cold waffles. The potatoes were squishy, and the eggs were watery. Where I normally give the breakfast a nine out of 10 stars I give it about a three or four on this particular trip.

The staff was great! The lobby was beautiful!

Cons:

The room was upsetting. Pretty run down actually! We had hair in the tub and all over the shampoo/conditioner bottles. Our trash was only picked up once during our 4 night stay.

Good, but breakfast needs attention
Pros:

Overall good. Hotel is situated near the office I was visiting, so the location proved to be ideal. Manager’s reception was always nice and the dinner items I ordered were superb.

Breakfast is standard for an Embassy. The 6:30 AM start time was merely a suggestion, with the breakfast running late daily. The omelette bar was always late to open, sometimes running over 10 min late.

Cons:

We were given a dirty room. Tried calling front desk and housekeeping, couldn't get thru the AI phone system
So I called corporate to get the site phone number. Had to go back down to wait in line again to recheck back in to get a clean room. Parking was an extra fee for a "secured", lot was full. We had to walk quite a ways to entrance from vehicle in dark with questionable people lurking. I requested a call back from management which they didn't return. Never received an apology from anyone on site.
