Please inform Sonder at Viewpoint in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There are steep stairs to enter this Sonder. There is no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roomcast enabled television for streaming.

Pros:

Super comfortable place and location near restaurants and shops. Beds comfy and bathrooms clean snd new.
Steep stairs to get in were a challenge for some of us.

Pros:

Property was great. Only 2 things to mention that werent great and werent long term issues: First night there were workers next door (working on the connecting sonder property) that woke us up early early (wouldnt be a problem normally but we arrived at 1 am so we were pretty tired). Nothing after that first night. Had trouble getting into the property with the code but sonder got it sorted pretty quickly.
Its close to buses and trams, there are some excellent places to eat close by and a large grocery store a couple blocks away. We would stay here again for sure and will use sonder for future stays.

Pros:

A 3br “shotgun” style apartment on Magazine St. property is quite shabby in desperate need of a face lift and deep clean. Nonetheless, if you are traveling with family, the extra bedrooms are a definite plus.

Pros:

The inside of the property was excellent. The property is about 100 feet from a bar, and some of the patrons left trash along the sidewalk and front of the residence. Street parking is at times, difficult to come by. The residence is very comfortable. Overall, I did enjoy my stay.

As long as you are not driving to this property, everything about it is wonderful! Clean. Spacious. In a cute little neighborhood with shops & dining options (there's a wonderful French bakery a bock away & options for pizza, Thai food, Sushi & more within a block or two). If you're flying into New Orleans & using rideshare or taxis, then this place is perfect. If you have a car, its not good. There is no parking around the unit... it's all short-term meters & freight zones. The closest parking (according to the SpotHero app that Sonder recommended) is 1.2 miles away. That sucked. So, I wouldn't stay if you've got a car to park. I would definitely stay here if you're relying on rideshare, taxis or public transportation (the streetcars are only a few blocks away). I guess I should note that you need to go up a fairly steep set of stairs to go in & out, but even my mother & her knees problems was able to handle it. Overall, it was definitely a thumbs up for this place!
