Cons:

The location is a bit uncomfortable to be in,lots of old buildings around giving ghetto vibes.Breakfast had a lot missing to a point we had to ask for eggs, and even so, we were given one each person

The staff and manager were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us very good service and made our stay very pleasant.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like, but a kind recommendation for towels to be bleached.

Don’t not meet expectations especially for the price

Room is painted with white but dirty walls
Shower licked and put water all over the room
No kettle or coffee in the room not even a glass to drink water
There was old food in the drawer
Room is smaller than in the pictures
Was charged R1600 online but facility too R1750 in my account
Breakfast was basic . We had to wait for the food because they kept bringing bits bits and it got finished while we waited

Pros:

The room itself and facilities were very good, the room and bathroom clean. The dinish service was awful, having to wait for food. The pool was dirty and unsuable.
