Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Tirana. On the morning of our check-in day, the hotel team contacted us via WhatsApp to ask if we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. They were also very helpful after our long journey.
The location is excellent, right next to Skanderbeg Square and in the heart of the city. Most attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the lobby bar, which even serves Turkish coffee.
Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tirana.

Can't beat the location
Pros:

Location was perfect. You can't get any closer. Plus I took the casino for enough euros that they cut off the free beer.

Cons:

The room had a smell of smoke. I think it was cigs (because Balkans). Keeping the windows open while we were out during the day did the trick though.

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepción: nos tuvieron e bastantes huéspedes esperando más de una hora y media.
Las habitaciones no estaban disponibles .
En un hotel de esa categoría me cobraron, más o menos, un euro por una botellita de agua, que yo indiqué, ( les podría haber dicho que no hice ningún uso ), que había bebido en la habitación. Era un día de más de 30 grados de temperatura.
En otros hospedajes más modestos son gratis.
