Personnel courtois et disponible à répondre à nos questions touristiques. Toutes les suggestions étaient pertinentes. Bienveillant envers la clientèle. Ascenseur disponible.

On devrait fournir des prises pour convertir le courant étant donné que se ne sont que des touristes. On devrait aussi aviser qu'on ne fournit pas de débarbouillettes (norme dans d'autres pays).

Great location! Wonderful breakfast. Nice enough hotel gym

Cons:

False advertisement on Booking.com. We booked a smaller room that said King bed, but it was a double. The staff was nice enough to upgrade us for a small fee.

A most delightful family owned hotel. All the staff were quite exceptional, very friendly, and SO helpful. The view from our room was beautiful, very close to the Champs Elysees, with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were amazing at suggesting and booking interesting places for us to go to eat. Lovely breakfast. Could not have been better. Heaven & bliss! Thank you so much to you all.

Cons:

We had a problem with the kettle, it was fixed by the amazing staff within minutes.

Great location. Optional breakfast which was convenient.

Cons:

Not soundproof. We had noisy neighbors & had to get the front desk to call them at 1am. The staff were excellent about doing this. They even came to the floor to hear the noise for themselves.
