מלון ממוקם ברחוב שקט אבל מקביל לשאנז אליזה
מיקום מצוין, נוח לתחבורה ציבורית, שוקק חיים, מרכזי.
המלון מעוצב יפהפיה, נקי ואסתטי, צוות שירות מקסים, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאד, שירות חדרים פעיל 24/7, כל יום ניקיון מבלי לבקש, ארוחת בוקר טרייה וטובה.
אנחנו שהינו בחדר של גודל 24 מ״ר, היה מרווח, אמבטיה כפולה, נוף לאייפל, עם מרפסת קטנה וכייפית.
מעלית המלון קטנה מאד,
אין מיזוג אוויר במסדרונות של החדרים, אך בחדרים כמובן יש ומצוין, וגם בחדר אוכל.
יש חדר כושר קטן אבל מעולה וחדש ממש.
מרפסת ענקית בלובי מהממת.

חדרים אמנם לא הכי חדשים אבל מתוחזקים ונקיים ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, שזה לא מפריע בכלל.
בהחלט אם נגיע שוב לאזור, נזמין את המלון שוב.

If it hadn’t been for Vitória, who I believe is the manager, the stay would have been rather unpleasant.
To begin with, at reception, they demanded a deposit of 200 euros. So far, so good. However, the cards we handed over didn’t work – a problem with the machine, as the cards had sufficient funds to ensure they would work. They suggested I pay in cash, and when I asked if I could do so later, after leaving my bags in the room, they replied that I couldn’t, that it had to be done right then and there. It was a Friday, 14 August, with a temperature of 40º, and I had to walk more than 800 metres down the street to withdraw the money from an ATM.
There was no room service or minibar.
The breakfast wasn’t at all appealing.
We had the chance to mention all this to Vitória, who apologised and told us that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment.
If it hadn’t been for the hotel’s excellent location, it would have been a disaster.
The experience wasn’t worth the money spent.

Easy access to a lot of places, beautiful room and the beds where exceptional and comfortable.

Cons:

The walls are thin and you can hear things next door. I’m a light sleeper. We had a noisy neighbour next to our room and we could hear him talking on the phone. This was the only negative but it didn’t ruin our experience.
