Heerlijk vertoeven in de buurt van de Champs Elysees !
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met superlief en attent personeel ! Mooie kamer met zicht op de Sacre Coeur. Heerlijk bed en gelukkig airco in de kamer want het was bloedheet in Parijs. Zalig binnentuintje met lommerrijke plekjes. Lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt: Via Pasta is zeker een aanrader voor diner en Azura voor ontbijt.

Pros:

One thing I should mention is that they kindly accommodated an early check-in. Our flight arrived early in the morning, and they did their best to have our room ready as soon as possible.

Most of the staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming. While they didn’t always have a solution when we raised an issue, they genuinely tried to help.

Overall, what stood out the most was how safe the hotel felt and how committed the staff were to keeping their guests satisfied.

Cons:

There is no sound insulation between the rooms, and the noise from other guests was very disturbing. I had to call reception several times to complain.

Housekeeping also didn’t always replenish basic items like tissues, coffee capsules, and toilet paper, so we had to request them.

Finally, the AC sometimes was controlled by the reception, which was very inconvenient.

Cons:

The pictures on the website are misleading because the rooms were tiny! The hotel also turned off access to our AC during the heatwave. If we wanted the room to be cooler, we had to call the front desk and have them do it for us.

The staff were really friendly and supportive with arrangements before hand. They went the extra mile for us. They were so pleasant and friendly during our stay. The view was great from the room. The location was central. The food was great at breakfast and the decor was really cute. We'd definitely stay there again.
