El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación es exelente, a unas cuadras de la catedral, centro comercial y primer cuadro del centro, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy limpias, la alberca y restaurante de 10!!! El mesero que nos atendió de verdad muy muy atento, sea la tercera cuarta vez que me hospedó en el hotel borda y sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente y pienso regresar muy pronto.

Balcony view, restaurant, very clean. Friendly staff. Although you could hear neighbours, they were careful.

Excelente hotel, muy buen servicio de mucama y de recepción. No pidan room service.

Primero el personal, comenzando por la mucama, el.personal de recepción y el Sr..del estacionamiento

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante, fue pésimo, pedimos milanesas y nos enviaron carne asada, pedí Nuggets y después de un rato me dijeron que no había, luego pedí unas sincronizadas con jamón de pavo y el jamón estaba súper salado y los frijoles no los pusieron refritos. No recomiendo para nada el servicio de restaurante para la habitación.

Buena ubicación, el que tuvieran a alguien cantando le da mas ambiente al lugar y restaurante, la cena estuvo buena, un poco tardado pero bien, el lugar estaba limpio, la terraza muy linda, la decoración todo en general bastante bien.

Que el hotel esté muy bien ubicado, el lugar bastante limpio, la habitación limpia, bonita terraza, linda su decoración, bastante acogedor, el cantante acompañaba la cena y los desayunos, todo en general bastante bien la alberca, los sillones, almohadas muy cómodo para su precio

Cómo en todo sí hay cosas que mejorar
La escalera de la alberca le falta mantenimiento ya está floja. La alberca muy muy honda tomando en cuenta q los visitamos de diferentes edades y no tos sabemos nadar pero queremos disfrutar de la alberca
Para las 4:00pm el agua ya está fría
