Pros:

Pas d'accès internet dans la chambre demander à plusieurs reprises qu'ils viennent voir dans la chambre mais n'ont jamais accepter de venir constater. Vraiment de mauvaise foi

Personal war zwar nicht zu den angegebenen Zeiten da, hat sich aber telefonisch gemeldet und Schlüssel zugänglich gemacht. Sehr nette Kommunikation, auch beim Check out. Zimmer sehr simpel und wenig ansprechend ausgestattet. Matratze seeehr hart, Fenster schützt kaum vor Lärm von außen. Bad sauber, aber könnte wie auch der Rest des Zimmers 8 mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Knappe 100€ für ein Einzelzimmer war angesichts der knappen Kapazitäten in der Stadt günstig, würde ich zu normalen Zeiten dafür aber nicht bezahlen.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und der Kontakt und Check In war sehr nett und sympathisch.
Leider war das Zimmer irre laut. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man alles von draußen mitbekommen und auch wenn jemand im Hotel unterwegs war, war es im Zimmer super laut.
Im Bad war der Mülleimer nicht geleert worden und ich hatte den Müll meiner Vorgänger und der Fernseher hat leider nicht funktioniert.
Fazit: toll gelegen, aber die Angabe "Schallisoliert" kann ich leider nicht bestätigen.

The bed was one of the worst I've had this whole trip. There was no mattress they just had some sort of exercise mat with a sheet over it. I stayed on a couch bed in Paris and even that was better. It was super noisy too from a venue close by too.

Was expecting one of the design rooms like my booking was for a design double room. Didn't get that, nothing bad about it but it was just a standard one. Bed was rock solid and cramped into a corner but did the job. Great location. Great price. Receptionists were lovely and welcoming and felt safe.

Very close to the Cologne Christmas markets and around the corner from a good underground parking garage. Great food and atmosphere in the area. Can be a little loud at night as the restaurants and bars close in the area but the mornings are quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
