Unproblematisch, solide, gute Anbindung an Innenstadt
Pros:

Familienhotel (zu Ostern), zentral gelegen, nach hinten raus ruhig, Ausstattung ok - vor allem sauber, nicht ganz neu. Frühstück solide - 3 Sorten echtes Brot haben gefallen, Rüherei gebraten und nicht im Konvektomaten gestockt

Cons:

Bad Ausstattung etwas oldschool - dafür aber sauber - auch in den Ecken. Frau Reiche erfreut sich an der Vorlauftemperatur der Heizung, die auf eine fossile Befeuerung hindeutet.

Dankeschön wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Kleines Frühstücks-Hotel, zentral gelegen (U-Bahn und ZOB direkt vor der Tür) Wir konnten wirklich alle unsere Vorhaben(Miniaturwelten/Sternwarte/Landungsbrücken/Tierpark) mit dem HVV erreichen und auch nach Mitternacht noch sehr gut zurück-kommen. (Mann gehbehindert) Hotel sehr sauber, Zimmer klein und funktional, ausreichend für Kurztrips. Trotz sehr lauter Straße, Fenster isoliert und es liegen Ohrstöpsel bereit. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal ! Das kontinentale Frühstück ist ansprechend, sauber angerichtet und wird immer sofort aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau - sicher könnten die Betten härter sein, aber … jede/r empfindet anders.

Schönes Hotel für Städtetrip

Frühstück, Lage direkt bei der U-Bahn, Freundlichkeit, gratis WLAN, später Checkout, Gepäckaufbewahrung, sehr ruhig

Cons:

Waschbecken gehört mal erneuert, Zimmer am Anfang leider etwas sehr frisch, Fernsehprogramme gehört eingestellt

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, uns zufriedenzustellen.
Zur U-Bahn, die direkt in die Stadt führt, stolpert man gewissermaßen aus dem Hotel heraus.

Cons:

In einem Nachtschrank lag eine benutzte Packung Ohropax; im Badezimmer waren der Föngriff sowie die Ablagefläche teils dreckig.
Das Teppich steht außerdem auf einem Teppich.
