Location was perfect, close to everything
Bed was very comfortable
Very friendly staff
Breakfast was good
The walls are so thin i could hear my neighbors snoring like we were in the same room and when they talked on the phone i could hear everything they said. So that was very disturbing at night coz i had some noisy neighbors til late.
Everything was great except for the small odd shower which soaked entire bathroom.
Shower and lack of AC

Beautiful hotel in a perfect central location.
Staff were exceptional - Victoria on reception was super friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are a little small but cozy and very comfortable bed!
More vegan options for breakfast would have been appreciated.
Breakfast service a little unpredictable, some days a menu others not. Also a little stretched for staff during service. Great hotel.
Perfect location close enough to everything you’d need as a visitor. The decor was very nice throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and dealt with a couple of issues that we had during our stay quickly effectively and without fuss. I used one of the bikes available to guests and loved it so much i’m ordering the same model from the company that manufactures them. I visited the gym and saw it was ideal for a workout but ending up not using it due to the amount of walking and cycling we did. Breakfast was good and plentiful despite neither of us being meat eaters. We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar was nice and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Bar staff were especially helpful after I’d fallen down a hole in the road whilst looking at google maps on my phone and twisted my knee, they provided me with ice to put on my knee.
The majority of our stay was very positive and the 2 issues that we didn’t like were dealt with effectively and quickly by staff. First room we were asigned on check in (room 333) was small and the view was of scaffolding and inner aspect of the building . This was changed to room 508 on request which was much better with great views of the harbour. Our first night was eventful due to the amount of noise from people partying outside and the noise from a stereo PA system in a car opposite the hotel was making the room vibrate and we could still hear the music with the Windows closed. We have been to Norway at this time of year and are aware of the college kids starting their end of studies party on 1st May but this noise was way beyond what we’ve experienced before and lasted till around 2:30an. We went down to reception and again we were helped by the staff member who offered us a room for that night inna different part of the hotel. We checked that room which was indeed a lot quiter but when we went back to our actual room things had calmed down outside party due to the police arriving si we stayed in our allocated room. I have to say whilst not as bad as 1st May it was noisy every night gone past 2am and we had to close our Windows to close out the majority of the noise.
Hotel is a great location close to everything you'd want. Room was nice but a bit small. Food at breakfast was really good. The pillows on the bed really sucked. The hotel is also close to some bars and club, and you will hear noise until after midnight on the weekends. If that's not a problem for you, then nevermind. I could sleep through it but maybe you couldn't. Breakfast gets really crowded on the weekends, so just be aware. Also, if you want your room made up you must put the door hanger on the door or housekeeping will skip you. All that said, we were satisfied with our stay. It worked out really well for us.
Great location and breakfast. Room was very quiet so good sleep.
Great breakfast and service. The staff is naturally nice and shows attention to the customers. The central location of the hotel is perfect.
Everything was perfect.
Fantastisk beliggenhet og hotell. Det koseligste hotellet med de beste sengene, dynene og trekkene jeg har bodd på. Elsket det. Kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler det på det sterkeste.
Everything was fabulous from the rate, breakfast - impressive!, room, staff, location - super walkable!
