Pros:

Obwohl ich reserviert habe. Sagten die es ist keine reservierung eingegangen und wollten vieö mehr geld haben eine große abzocke. Die haben uns nicht rein geöassen es ist so traurig und schwer wenn man vom hatten flug kommt und kein zimmer bwkommt obwohl man reserviert hat.sehr unfreudlich und gemein waren die auch. Die zimmer sehen ganz anders aus wie auf dem fotos zu sehen. Liebe leute passt auf wo ihr reserviert. Ich fliege jede 3 monate nach Istanbul und so ein hotel geht garnicht.

The worst hotel experience
Pros:

This was the worst stay of my 10 more years of travel experience. The bed sheet was dirty, and towels were dirty with obvious stains. It was very noisy from the hotel itself not outside. The room I stayed can hear all the talks, music from the reception area, and the loud footsteps as well as people shouting in the hallway, all these noise throughout to very late at night. I complained and they said they will clean up right away. I escaped to stay at another place for the 2nd night (out of my own pocket), hoping the 3rd night I can at least have clean sheets for my last night in Istanbul before catching morning flight. I came back to the hotel nothing changed. It wasn’t cleaned not even touched by cleaner at all. I had to ask for clean sheets and did the bed myself to at least get through the night. I’ve never leave negative review but I hope fellow travelers can be aware of it and stay away from the scam.

Pros:

Convenient and nice place to stay.
Walking distance to many central points 4 minutes to Taksim Square and 2 minutes to İstiklal Street.
It's location is always full of vitality.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Would recommend aTu te souviens de notre ancien client? suitable place for the price.
