The staff were nice.

Really loud and gross area, the nightlife thing is fine but it is SUPER loud and the windows arent soundproofed enough, sadly.

Cons:

The breakfast was a disappointment. There wasn’t a proper continental or Japanese breakfast. It was mainly Indian food – tasty but very fatty. Not really my cup of tea for breakfast. If you’re only staying for a night or two, you can probably get by with it. For a longer stay, I’d advise against booking the breakfast, as there are hundreds of better and cheaper places to eat in the area.

Posizione molto comoda a Kabukicho, vicino a Godzilla road a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Shinjuku e vicino alla Kabukicho tower da cui parte e arriva ila navetta per gli aeroporti. La pulizia delle camere è ogni tre giorni, ma tutti i giorni forniscono asciugamani e la yucata puliti e ritirano la spazzatura.
La colazione è disponibile nel ristorante indiano sotto l’albergo. Sempre a disposizione uova , yogurt e pancake.

Only 1 Elevator to access the entire hotel, whereas other APA hotels I've stayed at had 2. This one also didn't have a laundry room, whereas again other APA HOTELS I've stayed at have.

Aynı seyhatte 3 farklı APA otelünde kaldım, en kötüsü buydu.
Pros:

Konumu güzel ama geceleri oldukça hareketli olan bir bölgede.

Cons:

Alt kattaki restorandan gelen yemwk kokuları 14. Kattaki odaya kadar geliyor. Odalarda universal priz yok. Diğer apa otellerine göre temizlik konusunda geride kalıyor.

It just expensive because of the location. Not worth at all.
Pros:

I didn’t like the hotel to be honest. I stayed also in the APA Akihabara and it was better.

Cons:

It was dirty, didn’t like at all. Room was smaller and can’t even 2 people stand at the same time.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

It was great that it was so convenient as to the restaurants location by the hotel entrance.

Cons:

To be honest I couldn’t find anything wrong with our stay and couldn’t fault anything.

Great location for your first visit to Tokyo, everything is closely located and accessible 24/7
Pros:

The main thing about this Hotel is the location, the Hotel is centrally located in Shinjuku and everything you need is around you, food, convenient stores, transport, shopping. The hotel is right in the middle, you turn the corner and you will find Godzilla head, great for your first visit to Tokyo. The staff were kind enough to organise luggage forwarding for us, which was quick and straightforward.

Cons:

Rooms are small, there is space under beds to store suitcases, but even with this, for two people and two large suitcases there is not enough floor space.

Cons:

Breakfast not included. The restaurant downstairs is very overpriced for the food offered.
Pillows were a bit hard

Awesome stay. Thanks for the accommodation.
Pros:

It was clean and close to many great eats. The staff were very friendly and so much is provided.

Cons:

The toilet was too small. With the bidet in place and the toilet against the wall it doesn’t leave much room to sit. Also the hotel is right next to the red light district which had many people urging you in. No fault to the hotel.
