L'ascenseur...pas de capacité suffisant pour un immeuble tell
Best Location, super cleanliness, lady at the reception was super friendly and came outside to help with my car parking. She deserves an award ❤️

A little too small but practical
Otelin kendisi gayet güzel ve sakin, zaten 5 gün boyunca sabah çıktık akşam geldik. Boyumun uzun olması bazı dezavantajlar yarattı ama çok can sankıcı olmadı :)
Personel çok kibar, yardım sever, 2 günde 1 oda temizliği ve her gün yeni havlu, pijama ve oda malzemeleri teymin edilmesi. Modern bir yapı, odalar evet biraz ufak ama idare ediliyor.
Location was excellent
The room was way too small, no room to even open a suitcase. The pillows felt like one had hard kidney beans in them and the other was made out of memory shoe foam, super uncomfortable.
The breakfast was disgusting.

Il n'y a pas de laverie et un seul ascenseur, il faut choisir ses horaires ou s'armer de patience.
Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant indien qui jouxte l'hôtel, le choix des plats est reduit et sans changement sur la semaine.

La posizione nel cuore di shinjuku è ottima, nonostante il quartiere non dorma mai la camera era abbastanza silenziosa.

Unable to change the aircon from heat to cold.
Way to hot in the room but to noisy outside to keep the windows open. Rooms are also very snug but that’s Tokyo for you.
