I rate this hotel 1 out 10 it will be 5 for overall aspect.
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

1. The food doesn't change. for the last 5 days I stayed, everyday was the same food I am eating.

2. after 3 days cleaning was scheduled and noticed when I came back to the hotel. they just do redressing the bed but they didn't do the vacuuming of the carpet.

3. the free water bottle was given only on the first day.

totally fine as homebase in shinjuku, really small
Pros:

Location couldnt be better. they kept the room stocked with fresh towels and toiletries daily. check in was quick and easy and they offered storage for luggage forwading pickup in the lobby.

Cons:

i know its mentioned in the description but the room is SMALL. we had 2 in the room and 3 carryon size bags and had no floor space left.
