Pros:

Staff were so helpful with our luggage transfer and bed was comfy. Close by to train lines and attractions.

Cons:

Location was a lot it be desired, we did understand when we booked but wasn’t as prepared for the area. This is not the hotels fault of course and our stay wasn’t impacted.

Great location.
Pros:

Love the location its near the train,, shopping area and restaurants.

Cons:

On my first day (i think there was a bed bug and bite my feet - ended up itchy) next day bought some bug spray and every time I sleep I just sprayed the bed and my body.

新宿歌舞伎町店が多すぎる、もう少しわかりやすい店名前にしてもらい泊まりたいホテルに泊まれなかったい

朝食をホテルのレストランで食べましたが、最悪でした
ご飯はベチャベチャ、パンは、パサパサ、焼き鮭は味がない、
カレーは甘すぎ、帰りのエレベーターでも、同席された人達が、
イマイチの朝食だったね、と、、、
日本人なら、あんな、ご飯は、決して出さない。
ホテルが良かっただけに、勿体無い

Cons:

Oda inanılmaz küçük tahmin ettiğinizden de küçük fakat bunu herkes yazıyor tek asansör var ve otel gerçekten büyük erken check in için 1 saati bile ücretli

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, jeśli chce się korzystać z nocnego życia Tokio, samo centrum Shinjuku. Pokoje są bardzo małe, ale dobrze wyposażone, urządzone w przemyślany sposób i czyste. Obsługa bardzo miła.

Wolna winda.
