Хочу оставить отзыв о пребывании в этом отеле. К сожалению, впечатление оказалось крайне негативным.

В номере были обнаружены тараканы, что абсолютно недопустимо для любого уровня гостиницы. Это вызвало дискомфорт и неприятные ощущения на протяжении всего пребывания. Кроме того, возникли серьёзные сомнения в уровне санитарной обработки помещений.

Great value for the price!
Pros:

It’s a bit of a maze to find the hotel through a RIDC park and down tucked away in a wooded area you come to find you’re actually right next to the highway. Was kinda a creepy location but also kinda nice being secluded. The lobby was lovely although to portico/overhang outside the entrance is collapsing and there are some massive pot holes approaching the hotel. Overall nice and easy layout once you figure it out. Lots of areas under repair. The room was nice and comfortable although I could not get my computer hooked up to the tv which was extremely irritating and the HVAC unit sounds like a jet engine!

Cons:

It’s in need of some overall repairs but it appears that they’re underway which is good. The ice machine on my floor was broken. Not sure if there was breakfast or not and not sure if the restaurant/bar is open or not.

Wasn't awful.
Pros:

Comfortable bed with decent bedding and nice pillows. Quiet at nighttime, good for sound sleep. There was a very tiny fridge in the room, but no microwave. There are plenty of lamps and a comfortable chair. The AC worked great, if a little noisy. The shower was clean and had good water pressure.

Cons:

They advertise "free WiFi," but it wasn't working at all the entire stay. When I asked the front desk about it, she said it was because of the location of the hotel, which is at the bottom of a hill in an office park and she couldn't fix it. Using up all my own data plan for the month wasn't in my plans, so paying extra for it kind of sucks. They really should remedy this WiFi issue since it's supposed to be included in the cost of the room.

The room had a strange odor. It smelled like band-aids the entire 7 day stay.

The TV picture was dark and blurry, and people's faces looked orange. Even after adjusting the brightness and color and sharpness, it looked exactly the same.

The building could definitely use some updating and maintenance. Definitely wouldn't call this a three-star hotel with a bunch of things falling apart.

Highly disappointed
Pros:

Receptionist was friendly

Cons:

Bathroom floor was dirty and in need of repair. Light bulbs by the beds had been burnt out/were in need to be replaced. I had to crawl on the floor to find the electric outlet, to plug in the desk lamp, as the outlet was behind the TV cabinetry.
Although website said the price included breakfast starting at 6:30 AM, there was NO BREAKFAST. We got up and went to the dining area to find a printed sign saying that there was no breakfast today. This should have been revealed online where I registered and made payment OR at least it should have been disclosed at check in. Breakfast was part of the reason to have chosen this hotel. FALSE Advertising! I took photos of you need proof! Will never return!!
