Stay away from this place!

The outside property was very run down, holes in the parking lot, the outdoor swimming pool was in bad shape, definitely not in working order, updates were definitely needed throughout the hotel. Advertised as continental breakfast, no breakfast at all. We had to try 3 different rooms at check in at midnight before we got into a room, none of the keys would work, made several trips to the front desk with that issue. With each room switch moved us up a floor each time so we had to move all of our luggage to the next floor, the hotel only had 4 floors so we ended up on that floor. In that final room, coffee pot didn’t work, no remote for the TV. Our stay was for 2 nights, next day went to the front desk to get a working coffee pot and a remote, both were finally delivered to our room an hour later, remote didn’t work, took it back to the front desk and was given another remote, didn’t work either. I did get to enjoy a cup of coffee from the working coffee pot. The hotel had 2 elevators but only 1 had been working when we checked in on Friday night , it worked on Saturday but when checking out on Sunday, an out of order sign was taped on the only working elevator, had to go down 4 flights of steps. Thank goodness I didn’t have too much luggage to only make 1 trip. I booked this hotel for the continental breakfast, the rate of the room and the reviews, I guess you can’t always believe the reviews.

That it was not clean the sheets had stains and the towels had stains the floors was sticky and the smell and you could tell pets had been inside in highly allergic to cats and dogs 😔 the curtains looked dirty and the sheets smelled terrible needed to be thrown away .

The room had a non working coffee machine. The bed frame stuck out and I banged my leg on it and it left a bruise. Towels looked dingy. There was a male on our floor that was walking down hallway making crazy sounds. No blanket on bed just sheet and top sheet. The next morning the elevator was down and they put us on the top floor and I have lung issues so I suffered walking up in down them. I ask about breakfast she said see the sign we don't have it. I said online it said it did. SHE SAID WILL IT WAS FREE SO YOU ARE NOT LOOSING ANYTHING VERY SMART. She also said we told Booking .Com we dont do breakfast anymow so you need to speak to them. I don't care how cheap my room was you still should have good customer service. Also the out side of the building was horrible from the building to the roads and holes. Very Getto and everything needs updated. I won be staying . I one time this was a nice place I stayed at but im done and I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

Only complaint was the stains on the linen.

It was run down. There was no breakfast. We had to switch rooms 3 times. It should be closed down

The facility itself was dirty and trashy, as in there was trash everywhere. This place has great potential, it just needs a grounds keeper that keeps the trash and leaf litter picked up.

Room fell damp

My room didn’t have hot water from the sink, they didn’t have breakfast, ice machine was broken, elevator was broken, the bar was closed, they didn’t have any body wash.

No cold water in the bathroom sink. Tolit would not quit running after flush witout removing tank lid and jiggling the mechanical parts. 4 lights by bed did not work. Only ice matching in the hotter did not work. Not meal or bar service. Free breakfast was advertised. Driveway probably caused mechanical damage. Celing of portico falling down. Lobby furniture peeling apart.

This property is old and falling apart the room floors are filthy

I stay at properties with breakfast included to save money. Even if it’s just a simple bagel or something. They advertised as breakfast included but then did not have that available.
