nice location but (physical) customer service needs some improvement

Cons:

No physical FO staff. Everything is communicated via WhatsApp from the other hotel: 't Klooster. The plane was delayed, so I arrived at BOHO two hours later. I had to call so a male employee from 't Klooster could check me in.

Only then was I informed that I could go to 't Klooster for breakfast, but unfortunately not for lunch or dinner. At BOHO, there was suddenly a shortage of, or no, kitchen staff. The bar was also closed, so there was no welcome drink.

When my friend arrived on Feb. 13th 2026, the lights in the kitchen was not working. The FO lady said she would get it fixed the same day or else: next day.

On Feb. 15th 2026, the day before we checked out (feb. 16th) I received a whatsapp message from BOHO to say goodbye etc. I could also write what didn't go well so I wrote that still the lights in the kitchen from room 17, hasn't been fixed and I hope that this will be done for the next visitor. That night at 8pm, a man from 't Klooster came to look if he can fix it. I've thanked him, but we were going to bed so it's no use trying to fix the lights 1 day before check out.

At checkout, an intern was sent to ask us to wait because she had just started and didn't know what to do yet. The person who was supposed to do that was working at 't Klooster. The intern was kind enough to help with the suitcases and receive the room keys, because we had to be at the airport on time and couldn't wait.

It's advisable that 't Klooster and BOHO, both hotels owned by the same oeners?!, realize that a shortage of staff (in the kitchen) isn't the problem of the visitor. Timely information is crucial, not just upon arrival, saying: "Just breakfast, and you're on your own for the rest!" Luckily, I know Curaçao so I could arrange our meals elsewhere.

L'emplacement.
L'espace social, comme sur la photo.

Cons:

La propreté. Il y avait une epaise couche de poussiere sur le mur au dessus du lit. Ayant des allergies, on s'en est rendu compte tout de suite à nos depends. Le lit etait trop haut, ainsi que le miroir dans la sdb. Quand on fait 1,80m ce n'est pas un problème mais avec notre metre 60....
Pas d'endroit ou poser la valise. Nous avons du la poser par terre, ce qui n'est pas tres pratique.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij BOHO Boutique! De mensen die er werken zijn ontzettend aardig tegen ons geweest en we werden elke ochtend hartelijk begroet, wat een goed begin was van onze dag. Ook de locatie is heel mooi: binnen twee minuten lopen zit je op een klein lokaal strand, ideaal voor een rustigere zwemgelegenheid terwijl je middenin de stad zit. Voor de mensen die liever aan een van de grote stranden zitten is Mambo Beach een half uur lopen of zeer makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus die recht tegenover het hotel is. Al om al was BOHO precies wat we nodig hadden voor onze fijne vakantie :)

Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim en fijn ingericht. Lekker comfortabele bed en warme douche. Het is kleinschalig en lekker prive. Heerlijk centraal.

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag ruimer met meer fruit en kleine zoetigheden. Het is erg basic. Ik had het ook fijn gevonden om een strijkijzer te hebben in de kamer.

Wonderful boutique hotel
Pros:

Location was great. Lots of restaurants walking towards the harbor area. The other direction to Avila Resort, 10 min max. We would get a day pass in advance ($20/pp). The breakfast buffet was good, beach sure to order omelet & pancakes!

Cons:

I wish they had a few more hooks to hang things but definitely not a deal breaker.

Pros:

Een fantastisch verblijf bij Boho, ik ben meerdere keren geweest en het blijft een top hotel. De sfeer is ontspannen en de bohemian stijl is tot in detail doorgevoerd. De binnenplaats is een kleine oase, perfect om even tot rust te komen met een kopje koffie of lezen van een boek. De ligging in Pietermaai is ook top, alles op loopafstand van restaurants en gezelligheid maar geen last van geluid of muziek. Ik heb ook gebruik gemaakt van Klooster, het zuster hotel, lekker ontbeten en ook een fijne tuin. Ik ga hier weer terug komen! Mvg, Lieke

Gezellig en goed.
Pros:

Persoonlijk vind ik het aan de dure kant maar ons verblijf beviel uitstekend verder. Vriendelijk personeel en hele leuke spontane beveiliger die er in de avonden/s nachts is en ook erg vriendelijke dame van de schoonmaak♥️

Pros:

De locatie is perfect, dichtbij alles in willemstad! Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kamer rustig en van alles voorzien.

Best service ever!
Pros:

Exceptional location. Nice room with lots of space. The best part was the staff. Elvira was a gift offering me unbelievable, kind support during my stay. She made me feel safe and at home. I would book this hotel again just because of her kindness. She made my stay worth it. The manage of the hotel literally drove me to my excursion when they forgot to pick me up to ensure I didn’t miss the boat. Outstanding service.
