Café da manhã impecável, pousada muito linda e localização perfeita
O café fica separado em outra unidade do hotel, mas é perto
El hotel es pequeño y agradable. Bien ubicado. Tiene una piscina tipo jacuzzi que se valora cuando uno vuelve de la playa con sal en el cuerpo. El desayuno muy rico; se toma en el otro hotel ( a dos cuadras)
La señora encargada del aseo de mi habitación no muy agradable y la señora encargada del desayuno tampoco

Lugar es bonito y central, de saber q en kloster había alojamiento me hubiese alojado ahí por comodidad al desayunar ( su hotel hermano q está a dos cuadras y es precioso igual , era un monasterio )
Que en el hotel no hay recepcionista, tampoco hablan español por lo q es imposible pedir algo , en su hotel hermano q está a dos cuadras no a la vuelta,,, sirven el desayuno ( que es muy bueno por si ) pero hay q caminar para ir , y ahí hay recepción y tampoco hablan español (0 nada de nada) Lo otro es q mientras desayunas temprano ingresan a la habitación sin solicitarlo a limpiar , llegas y está todo mojado,,, le hice el comentario respetuosamente a la mucama y mencionó q estaba apurada,,, por lo menos es la primera vez q me pasa eso y no debería hacerse a menos q se solicite , paso 2 días ,,, las instalaciones bonitas, central pero faltó lo

We came with our family to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit and savory options to choose from. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, cozy, and beautifully designed with a charming aesthetic atmosphere.
The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Curaçao.
We would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our family celebration so special! ❤️🎉🎂
It was clean and quiet and safe
The experience here was absolutely great. The staff was attentive and wonderful. Communicative through WhatsApp wasvery easy and friendly.I felt very safe. Great location. Next time I would like to stay in the loft if it’s available, the value was great. The rooms were clean. What I would suggest is that you provide a full length mirror in the room so that you can see your whole outfit before you leave other than that experience was beautiful.
De locatie echt recht tegen over meerdere restaurants voor ontbijt en diners en leuk beach clubs voor overdag pontjesbrug op loos afstand
Personeel was super vriendelijk en alles werd snel geregeld bij vragen kortom aanrader dit hotel
De kamer was geweldig netjes en schoon leuk ingericht. De binnen tuin was heel leuk daar kon je mensen ontmoeten en een praatje. maken. De ontvangst van mede Charel was super zoals alle personeel je voelt je gelijk thuis. Willemstad ligt op loopafstand.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk! We voelde ons erg thuis en het personeel groette ons elke ochtend enthousiast en vroeg ook hoe het met ons ging. Je kan ontbijten bij het Klooster, een hotel wat erbij hoort. Dit was ook super lekker! Brood, ei, pannenkoeken, vers fruit.... noem maar op, alles wat je nodig hebt. Het hotel was ook heel erg mooi en had een fijne ligging! Het bed lag ook fijn en werd elke ochtend weer opgemaakt. Je kunt je auto ook goed parkeren in de straten rondom het hotel.
De stop van de boiler van de douche, schoot er soms uit, maar die konden we wel zelf gewoon weer omzetten. En de wc spoelde iets te hard door, waardoor het spatte.
Great location, spacious room with tea and coffee station, incl. fridge, the balcony room was esp nice as I could also see the sunset. Clean, comfortable and quite (except the outside noise but that's normal in the area). For parking if no space in front one can also check out the back street (saw a bit too late myself).
The location was great. Very close to the action and many cafe’s nearby. We would stay here again!
Le personnel et l’emplacement ! Notre chambre avec petit balcon bien orienté ( à l’ombre :-) ) était super agréable !! Souper tapas étaient parfait au resto de l’hôtel et que dire du service !
Quand on arrive après plusieurs vol d’avion, on doit attendre et sonner car il n’a personne à la réception de l’hôtel car le personnel s’occupent de 2 hôtels en même temps mais on a accès aux 2 hôtels pendant le séjour :-)
Dernier point, on a pas eu d’eau chaude dans la douche pendant notre séjour :-(
