Location was good.
BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED though I have verified through Booking.com that it should have been provided. The toilet ran loudly all night and was stained orange from the water. The pillows were awful. I am not picky but the pillows felt like they were filled with rags. Just not a quality hotel at all.
Needs updating
I liked that they were able to accommodate my pet dog without any issue and provide a ground level room. I liked that they are progressing towards updating the hotel with newer floors and beds and the furniture.
I really like that the parking lot is very well lit. I felt very safe walking my dog at 4:30 am.
The air conditioner was a bit loud but it worked well.
The parking lot could use a good vacuuming for the broken pavement and cigarette butts. But at least I did not see broken bottles anywhere.
Location near the wedding I attended. Looked nice and clean from the street view. They had 2 ac units...one in the bathroom and one in the room. Big size bathroom. Two sinks were nice.
They do NOT serve breakfast but Booking.com still listed that they did. Towels were not clean and had stains. Even the replacement towels had stains. King size bed collapsed in the middle. Bathroom sink didn't have anything in the drain hole and was faucet was leaking water. The toilet seat was NOT clean and very old.
The staff was incredibly rude. The communication was not clear and their customer service was some of the worst I have ever had. Especially for being a customer who paid, did everything correctly and they were still rude.

This place is okay. I do find it ironic and actually funny that the pool is not available for guest use, but the owners family. Oh, and no breakfast.
The manager is unbelievably rude and dishonest. They have “Free WiFi” on every one of their doors but their WiFi didn’t work for my entire stay. The manager tried to charge me $20 for leaving at 11:30a even though i was previously told by a staff member that it was no problem. This hotel had almost no one staying there. The towels are stained and dirty, the bed is dirty, and the owner hates herself and everyone she comes across.
This hotel should be closed down. Wyndham should be embarrassed to put their name on this place

Free breakfast was advertised yet there was no breakfast to be had a very disappointing part of the stay plus the staff was very standoffish will probably not be staying at days inn as long as I can help it
Worst hotel in Tiffin. Rude staff, filthy and bed bugs
Nothing was as advertised. Pictures were misleading.
Check in was a charge if at any point before 3pm. The room was advertised as with breakfast, there was no breakfast. Pool was not functional, room smelled like smoke. I could not cancel and was told I am past the cancelation window.
The toilet seat was loose
This hotel was very friendly very welcoming and the rooms are very clean and very comfortable
Dirty, bed bugs, and they took my money. Dangerous conditions left from improper workmanship in construction (open tack strips). Refused a refund. Stayed for only 45 minutes and that was I just to collect evidence. They also broke ADA law. I’m still fighting (nearly a week now) to get my money back. Don’t even think they have a CofO, so how are they even in business?
