Sonder at East End

Loved the room and convenience of the location to the stadium, bars, restaurants, etc. but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. If you like the firmest mattress in the world, this is the room for you.

Instructions were very clear on where to go and what codes to use. The property has a Trader Joe’s attached which was very useful during our stay. The unit itself could have been cleaned way better. The bathroom was okay how ever the spare bedding had blood on it and was clearly not washed prior to our arrival.

Make sure to get the parking paid for ahead of time. There is no parking unless you get paid parking. The code they give you when you book and confirm is for the door at ground level. If you park in the parking garage under the building, the code doesn't work for that door. You have to go up a flight of stairs and to the street. We had to call and talk to a representative to get this information. Check in instructions are very vague. It would be better if they send an email with DETAILED instructions at check in rather than "Here's a code- figure it out"

Ill start with the good, good location, large 1 bedroom apartment, the one interaction i had with an employee (via chat) went well and they were helpful and thats about where the good ends.

The bad (its a long list) parking in the hotel garage is $60 for 24hrs (DIA covered parking is $30) that is egregious and down right robbery, the showers have 0 pressure I have litteraly showered in semi trailers at festivals that had 4 times the water pressure. Their was dirty dishes in the dishwasher and old food crumbs and chunks in the utensil drawer 1 frying pan was dirty and the other was so damaged it was unusable. The shower curtain appeared to be dirty and had a odd yellow stain on it that appeared to be urine. The bed sheets felt like cardboard and the bed had a massive hump in the center. The upstairs tenant either weights 500lbs or they were intentionally just stomping around to be rude and not just durring the day i woke up to them at 3 a.m. Their are multiple monitoring devices in the room that were never disclosed (a noise monitor and a vibration motion sensor) which I understanding wanting to protect your investment but it should be openly disclosed to people renting the space. The elevator is very possibly the slowest elevator I have ever had the joy of waiting for and lastly the kitchen table was so loose on the bottom that if you set something heavy on the edge it would try and tip over, the ceiling fan rattled like it was loose

Everything was great as usual but a few things:
There was not a wall plug in for the Chromecast. It was not there when I checked in. Just used my own to run the tv.
Shower curtain is very yellow at the bottoms. May need to replace soon.

Nice quiet place. Great atmosphere. Will be staying again at other locations.

The apt was spacious and very comfortable.
The location was excellent.
However, the bathroom smelled very musty.
The tub and shower curtain could use a good cleaning
and this may solve the problem.

Very spacious, convenient, and well maintained property. Perfect for families or a small group. Check in was quick and we loved the Trader Joe’s downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

I paid $80 to leave parking ramp for medicine @3am because of MOLD. This place is a rip off. No tv without app, nobody came to clean up leaking refrigerator and moldy bathroom until Sunday afternoon, i checked in Saturday at 7:30pm and made them aware.

It's the best I've ever stayed

Good stay although Streaming on the Tv is not good. Does not stream well. WiFi is not good and couldn’t stream it to tv therefore I couldn’t watch tv. Had a problem with it the last time also.
I had coffee filters this time which was good.

Property is great with lovely pool and outside seating area. But BEWARE the car parking scam. The suggested onsite car park is a rip off. $60 for over four hours. Go across the street where it’s half the price. The cost took the shine off an otherwise great stay.

Beds could be much better, shower was cold water every day that we showered even after asking someone to come and look at it.
Great location, close to metro train and grocery store.

The place was great!! The keyless entry wasn’t smooth…worked on the 3rd try or so, always random as to what would actually work to get the door open. Parking SUCKED!! I mean SUCKED!!! There were 2 spots left open that a bike could squeeze in….RIDICULOUS!!!

Beds need replacement.

I have stayed here twice. This is a really nice property with everything you could want. The perfect stay.

The property was amazing. All the amenities you could want and in walking distance to parks, restaurants, light rail and the football stadium.

Loved having Trader Joes next door and walking along the river

Everything was great! We stayed with family and small children and it was very spacious versus a hotel room. Location was perfect right next to Trader Joe’s and Starbucks. The only thing missing was a hot tub next to the pool.
