Pros:

We stayed at VIP Executive Picoas Hotel and were very satisfied.

The location is excellent — a modern, quiet area, yet not far from the historic city center. It’s about a 25–30 minute walk, and there’s also an underground nearby, which makes getting around very easy.

The hotel itself is cozy and stylish, with a very pleasant atmosphere. One detail we really appreciated — the hotel smells amazing, which immediately creates a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping is good, and the bed linen was changed every day.

The staff deserves a special mention. They are extremely, extremely friendly and caring. We actually felt like coming back to the hotel for lunch or dinner just to see what the kitchen would offer next — and there was never any disappointment. It’s not fine dining or candlelight dinners — everything is quite simple, but VERY tasty. That’s exactly where the real “taste” is.

Special thanks to the waiters Leonardo Campos and Loren for their attention and warm service.

And of course, a big thank you to the head chef Victoria. She is not only highly professional, but also a very warm and open person — she communicates with guests as if we were old friends and genuinely cares about how we feel in her “kingdom.” You can clearly see that she personally oversees everything.

The restaurant and the kitchen are truly the heart of the hotel. It is absolutely worth dining here.

If you didn’t include breakfast — don’t make your life more complicated, just go for breakfast at the hotel. For €18 you get truly fresh and delicious food. It’s not easy to find something better in Lisbon.

Victoria, if you read this review — thank you so much for giving us the true taste of Lisbon.

We could write much more, but I think this is enough to understand the atmosphere and the warmth of this hotel.

We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There are a couple of small things: the bathroom could use more hooks for towels, and there was a slight damp smell in the morning before the ventilation system turns on.

Tökéletes volt a néhány napos Lisszaboni tartózkodásunkhoz!

Nagyszerű helyen található a hotel.
A személyzet mindig kedves és segítőkész.
A reggelinél nagy a választék és minden nagyon friss és finom.
A szobákban és a hotelben mindenhol tökéletes volt a tisztaság.

Mon mari y était déjà allé en novembre 2024 et me l’a recommandé. Je n’ai pas été déçue, bien au contraire
Pros:

L’accueil.
Ma fille fêtait son anniversaire et a eu une charmante attention: un gâteau avec une bougie et une petite bouteille de vin.
Tout était très propre.

Pros:

A equipe foi super atenciosa na nossa chegada, a localização é ótima, bem perto de 02 estações de metro e ao lado de um mercado que tinha de tudo, inclusive uma padaria.

O quarto é muito bom, o banheiro é ótimo e ainda tinha uma maquina de café com cápsulas. Certamente quando voltar a Lisboa, me hospedarei novamente.
