This is a 4 star hotel that honestly gives you a 5 star feeling. Everything felt smooth and professional from the moment I arrived.

Unfortunately, my stay was during a very busy period and the hotel was completely full, which was noticeable. The official check-in time was 2 PM, but I had to wait around 30 extra minutes before the room was ready. Still, the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful, and they really did their best to accommodate my requests. I wanted a room with a bathtub and a city view, and they made the effort to find the right room for me despite how busy the hotel was.

The room itself was very clean, the breakfast was good, and overall I had a really nice stay. Even with the hotel being full, the staff managed to make the whole experience feel seamless and were always trying to help as much as they could.

Definitely a very good experience overall, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

入住第一天，桌上放了一盒感覺上打開過的蛋塔，我們兩人入住，裡面只有一顆，還以為是前一位住客留下來的沒清掉。致電櫃檯後，有管理人員過來處理，確認是給我們的歡迎禮，也立刻補上新的兩顆，但還是覺得…

Adorei a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção e restaurante.
