Everything. Especially the staff, at the reception, at the entrance, during breakfast and the driver (whose name unfortunately I do not remember) who took us to the airport

The only thing I can say is that the room was poorely decorated and it did not match the luxury and the decoration of the rest of the hotel.

В этом отеле остаемся во второй раз, и выбрали сейчас именно его. Очень выгодное расположение в историческом центре, невероятный вид из номера, а вечером музыка и ощущение причастности к городу. Атмосферно! Обслуживание отличное, очень внимательный персонал. Было приятно, что на запрос вызвать такси организовали бесплатный трансфер из отеля в аэропорт. Уютные номера с ежедневной уборкой, качественные аксессуары и комфортная постель. Хороший выбор на завтрак. Отличный ресторан в самом отеле, где можно заказать красивый и вкусный ужин в номер. Все основные локации города посещали пешком, несколько станций метро совсем рядом. Порадовала и терраса на крыше отеля с прекрасным видом! Рекомендую Всем и вернемся в этот отель опять.

Excellent!
Pros:

It was a beautiful property, great location, staff was great. It had a large lobby area with seating and the ability to get a coffee or drink which I really like. Dining facility was very good and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The room was warm for us, we turned the heat off but needed to open the window at night to cool the room down.

It was okay, maybe my expectations were higher.
Pros:

The location is the best, just opposite of Cathedral Barcelona.
Roof top terrace was very nice!
It was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor.
In my opinion the hotel is like 4* not 5*
