For Americans that live in a quiet suburb, the Juliet balcony rooms are a little noisy as you hear the church bells ring. We asked for a quieter room and were moved. It’s too bad that the bells ring 24 hours a day.

I was put in a room under construction so listened to dragging and the sounds of furniture moving continuously. I requested a double bed when booking in the app as that was on offer and got two small single beds. One afternoon I heard drilling above me all afternoon. The front door staff could not remember me so they continuously asked me if I was staying in the hotel every time I entered making me feel as if I was an imposter. When I booked my transfer cab to the train station they put me into a big cab with a surcharge when all I needed was a small cab for a regular fee. I would stay here again because of the location and the breakfast but the room while nice was ordinary and the noise which I did mention to staff was unacceptable at that price and for a four night stay.
