Beautifully appointed property, very spacious and staff helpful and very courteous. A very central and accessible location to beautiful Barcelona. Highly recommend.
Rooms are very nice, so are the staff and the breakfast
There is no bar - cant even get a coffee in the hotel.
They shut of the rooftop bar for a private party. This is not fair for customers paying to stay in the hotel.

das Hotel entspricht nicht ansatzweise einem 5 Sterne Standard; in den Zimmer-WC fehlt eine Toilettenreinigungsbürste; zwei kleine Aufzüge sind unzureichend, insbesondere da diese durch externe Touristen, die auf der Dachterrasse beliebigen Zugang haben blockiert werden; Dachterrasse wurde an einem Tag aufgrund einer Privatbuchung komplett gesperrt; Die Dachterrasse ist durch freien Zugang von Nichthotelgästen überfüllt; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ansatzweise
The view was magnificent, especially at breakfast, overlooking the cathedral. The location couldn't be better. The room size was in line with European standards.
Porters are scarce to assist with baggage on arrival.

الذي لم يعجبني عدم التساهل في موضوع المغادره حيث اصرّوا الساعه 11 صباحا المغادره ولم تكن هناك مرونه ساعه او ساعتين علما ان الكثير الفنادق عندها مرونه في هذا الموضوع
They say location is everything and this is perfectly located. Rooftop dining is a must
Not a criticism but if you find a Google article that mentions a pool it is no longer there. But who needs a pool when there is so much to do outside.
Location was amazing, the hotel was gorgeous but most importantly, the staff were out of this world!

Luxury hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Central to everything . Rooms were nice size and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with noise and the staff assisted us to change rooms . Thanks especially to Cristina and Ivan at the front desk . Thereafter we had a most pleasant stay ! Breakfast was good and adequate and we really appreciated the halal labels on the foods . Thank you

For $400.00 room was a huge disappointment. way smaller then shown for type of room paid for and then safe and coffee maker didn't work.
Stayed there before much better room, now supposedly 5 stars, and it has gone downhill. Complained when checking out and again, by email- no response and I was responsible for 8 people staying there. embarrassed that I recommended it.
