Central location, nice comfortable rooms, access to rooftop bar
Central location was a bit noisy but that is the trade-off
Location and staff were excellent. Rooms were decorated nicely. Love the roof top bar. Breakfast was very good.
The staff were all very helpful and accommodating
They didn’t offer courtesy rooms to change in if you’re flight is later , which for a five star expensive hotel , you would expect these facilities
The hotel supplied a birthday cake for my husband which was very thoughtful. Unfortunately we were both sick and didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy
Nothing
Incredible location across from the Cathedral. We had historical neighborhood and sites at our doorstep. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, views from our room and delicious breakfast. The employees were so friendly and helpful. An exception hotel. Highly recommend!!
Nothing.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Barcelona, contemporary style,
yet old world class. An amazing view of the cathedral on your doorstep.
The location is wonderful, in the heart of the gothic quarter.
Breakfast is not worth the money. There are many breakfast spots around the hotel.
The rooms were modern and large, plus the staff were so helpful and welcoming. We loved the large roll top bath in the bedroom.
We loved the rooftop bar which had an incredible view.
The only thing would be to make the bathroom of the executive room slightly more private with a door.
Room and view was great

Great location.. close to the main attractions.
The room itself was surprisingly small for a “premium suite,” especially considering the price we paid. We specifically booked this room because the description advertised the best view of the Cathedral, but the actual view was mostly from the side and overlooked ongoing construction. It did not match the expectation set by the listing at all. We also ended up on the 3rd floor, when higher floors such as the 4th or 5th would have provided a much better and more enjoyable view. Paying extra for a premium experience did not feel worth it.
We were disappointed with our stay, but what truly ruined the experience for us was the rooftop incident and how poorly it was handled by the staff.
We waited in line at the rooftop for quite a while along with several other guests behind us, patiently waiting to be seated. While everyone was following the system, one couple simply walked in and seated themselves without waiting in line at all. When I politely brought this to the attention of the staff member, her immediate response was that they were hotel guests, so they could do that without waiting. What made this even more frustrating was that she never even bothered asking whether we were hotel guests ourselves, because we were.
The response felt dismissive, unfair, and honestly disrespectful to everyone who had been waiting properly. Being a hotel guest should not automatically give someone the privilege to skip the line ahead of others who are also paying guests. To make matters worse, after we waited patiently, we were seated all the way in the corner with a poor view, while the couple who cut the line got one of the better seating areas.
The entire situation left a very bad impression and reflected poorly on both the staff and the management system at the rooftop. It completely changed the experience for us and made us feel undervalued as guests.
