well organised and elegantly resourced in a central part of the city with a wonderfully exuberant square with people dining in the open and walkers passing through.
travel to and from needed taxis the buses were as busy as the trains

Zimmer war für diesen Preis etwas klein, Toilette nur mit Glastür/Duschkabine abgetrennt.

They do not enforce no smoking. We couldn’t enjoy anywhere on the property bc they allowed smoking. Our room was to be non smoking and we were woken to horrible smoke smell. I have asthma and it made it impossible to sleep or be comfortable in this hotel.

Sehr sauber, immer perfekt gereinigt.
Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich, es gibt sogar Sekt. Man kann frisches Omlette, Pfannkuchen bestellen, die auch fürs Auge zubereitet werden.
Service- und Sicherheitspersonal hervorragend.
Ausstattung im Zimmer und Hotel sehr elegant.

Great location - right across from the Cathedral of Barcelona. Rooftop bar had great views. Room was large and comfortable. AC worked well as it was very warm while we were there. Staff was always helpful if we needed anything. Very close to other restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
Beautiful views over Cathedral square and activities. Easy access to Barrrio Gotico without the congestion. Staff were exceptional from housekeeper to amazing bell boys to the manager

This hotel was in a perfect location in a lovely part of Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally attentive and we loved both the rooftop bar and the patio looking out onto the cathedral.
There was nothing we would have changed about our stay.

la situation de l'hotel , le personnel très intentionnés
Chambre mal insonorisée
on nous a conseillé le restaurant de l'hotel qui a été une grande catastrophe, attente très longue alors qu'il y avait que quelques tables occupées a l'extérieur, on nous a amené les plats principaux en même temps qu'une entrée ( car il en plus il en manquait une) les plats principaux un tout petit morceau de cabillaud + 2 tomates cerises étaient froids, donc nous avons demandé un retour en cuisine, ça avait l'air d'emmerder le serveur.
10 minutes après on reçoit la deuxième entrée , et 20 minutes plus tard les cabillauds chaud mais caoutchouteux et immangeables, je pense qu'ils ont dû être plongé dans l'eau bouillante pour les décongeler
bref 105€ (sans désert bien sur) pour avoir mangé 2 entrées (aubergines farcies) qui étaient correct sans plus
Á la fin le serveur nous a demandé comment cela c'était passé en voyant les plats intactes, on lui a expliqués ,il avait l'air étonné, pas la moindre excuse bien évidemment. Avec tout cette attente notre faim était passée nous n'avons pas demandés d'autres plats car le serveurs était déjà entrain de faire comprendre aux autres table que le restaurant allait fermer
Nous venons très souvent à Barcelone nous avons testé plusieurs restaurants, jamais déçu, il fallait bien que cela arrive un jour et ce jour est arrivé
