Superb hotel in a splendid site in the centre of Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (especially Oscar!) and the service throughout was faultless. Lovely decor, plus a real treat to visit the roof bar in the evening to watch the visitors in the cathedral square.

Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well.
Oscar helped us get a cab and he was really nice to us and helped immensely
Noise inside the hotel was horrific. We were expecting the noise from outside which was absolutely fine. The problem was every movement from inside the hotel was extremely loud.
Smell of sewage from shower drain which was so bad it hit our nostrils everyime we came back to the room.
The bathroom was terribly built. Water just runs from the shower into the rest of the bathroom

The location of the hotel and great views. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.. The toiletries were also nice.
To be fair a longer visit would have been necessary. I just came off of a cruise ship.

You’re only paying for the rooftop view. You can just walk up. We were staying there and couldn’t get a good spot at night because non guests get same priority as hotel guests.
Thin walls. You can hear elevator, tv, people walking upstairs. Also one night a stench of sewage, they had to pour chemicals in the toilet and sink, which made it hard to sleep at night.i always rate well, but this hotel had to be one of the worst stays.

Я забронировал номер с одной кроватью ,оплатил его ,при заселениии (а это было 2 ночи ) сказали что такого номера уже нет и есть только с двумя раздельными кроватями ,я был с супругой это было очень не удобно ,обещали на утро поменять номер ,но никто даже нам ничего не сказали и не поменяли !!это первый момент ,который нам очень испортил отношения об первой встречи отеля !втопой момент накануне отъезда ,сотрудник отеля в 1 ночи чуть не выбил нам дверь ,мы уже спали ,его вопрос состоя в том наш ли это пакет мусора возле двери .мы были поражены такой наглостью сотрудника отеля
