I will be back!
Pros:

Loved the ease of check in and check out, the room was great and the little kitchenette is a complete bonus.

Cons:

I didn’t love that all the lights were on the ceiling. I prefer lights that are on the bedside tables or walls by the bed - just makes for a nicer ambience when you are reading in bed

Fantastic stay at Placemaker Dupont Circle.
Pros:

Great location here. Close to metro or 30 min walk to Whitehouse. Shops, restaurants and good coffee shops.
Apartment was excellent..well designed and equipped. Good TV. Comfy bed.

Cons:

I always prefer a thicker comforter and not have any heating at night, but thin is common as here.

Picky, but a teatowel is needed.

Pros:

The mansion house was cute. It ended up being a decent location and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our studio was in the tower and the room was falling apart. The wood for the cabinets was chipping off, the dishwasher was wonky, the couch was overly worn and seating dents everywhere.

I am so disappointed. 3 of my 4 nights had a function happening above me with loud pop music and people dancing stomping, no sound insulation that carried on until midnight. This is not advertised anywhere that there is a private event space that can be rented out, there was a wedding and other events. They say quiet hours are 10pm, but they could not move people on until after 11pm which ended up being close to midnight. No level of ear plugs would cut it, and I have stayed in many hostels in my younger years. I may as well have stayed in a hostel and had a better night sleep. Staff were unhelpful related to this issue. While the accommodation itself was fine, this just made for a completely unpleasant experience and I wish I had booked elsewhere. I expect some level of compensation as the price of the accommodation is completely unjustified when there is such a major issue.

While the building is historical and beautiful, the rooms are actually in a different building behind it with minimal modern designs. My unit was spacious and clean, and was equipped with all I needed. But there were some wears and tears that could be easily fixed. Those details made it feel a little cheap and bellow my expectations.

Pros:

ロケーションが良い。ホテルの使用感も満足。フロントにいつも誰かいるのは安心感がある。それでいて自由。

Cons:

エレベータが出発の日の前日の晩から壊れていて、出発の朝に使えず、三階からトランクを階段で下ろさなければならなかった。トイレが1度詰まった（ただしplungerを借りたらすぐ直った）
