The rooms are large and comfortable, well-stocked with coffee and tea.
The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor. My room was at the beginning of the main hallway, and I could hear every sound – every footfall, every closing door, every conversation – in the hallway outside. It was disruptive to my sleep, which was a big issue on a work trip. The property's "gym" also leaves much to be desired, with just one set of dumbbells and a cable machine for weightlifting.
The receptionist was amazing. Having a beautiful space and everything being supplied no question was really great.
The elevator wasn't the best experience.
The location is great—really close to cafes, restaurants and everything DuPont has to offer. There was a large fridge and a washing machine inside the rooms, which was super convenient.
The photos of the rooms as advertised all look bright and airy. But the room I was put in was at basement level, so it was dark and felt slightly claustrophobic. The window looked out to ground level, which was piled up with snow and unfortunately there was a dead rat on the snow bank right outside the window, so I had to pull the blind down. My recommendation to future guests would be to ask to be in a room higher up!
I asked the staff to change rooms after a couple of days and they moved me to the first floor, which I appreciated. That room felt spacious and nice, although unfortunately the base of the mattress was marked with what looked like rust. The hotel was generally clean, but perhaps a little worn.

Everything a bit dirtier and lower quality than in the photos.
The location is great! Within walking distance are every sort of restaurant you could want. The Metro is easy access. The neighborhood is very friendly.
Convenient and well equipped
Keypad system broke.
Location is great, we loved to have a small kitchen, fridge and microwave. The washing machines were great as well. Overall a very clean accommodation, but it felt a bit sterile. Could use some decorations to make it more cosy.
Staff is very responsive too, helping out whenever needed. For us that included recovering and picking up a lost item.
Love this place. Stayed here before and asked for the same room as we enjoyed it. We like the court yard rooms as they are very quiet and large. Good shower, kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave comfy bed, sofa, table, TV and loads of storage.
The gym is opposite the room. But only ever saw on person in it so the room felt very private. Can't be accessed from street level as the courtyard is contained.
Staff so lovely, let us check in a little bit earlier with no extra fee.
Location great for us, loads of places to eat of get take away to bring back to the room.
Will be back for sure.

Amazing location
Nothing everything was Amzing
Fantastic stay. If we are ever in this area again we will choose this over the hotels. We have stayed at several hotels near here, and this apartment is better value and much nicer.
We asked for a quiet room, and were given a courtyard ground floor, so no noise from outside.
The rooms are massive.
It's a studio apartment not a room.
They supplied dishwasher and washing machine tablets, cleaning stuff, bathroom stuff.
Loads of storage, big comfy bed, TV and sofa.
It realised a steal compared to what you get hotel wise in this area.
Check in is a code to your phone, but there is someone at reception, not 24 hrs.
Gym looked good.
Will be our place of choice for our next stay.
