Cons:

when i checked in shower was not working bathtub was dirty i request for other room, they moved me in other room, but shower was working but drain not working. bathtub not very clean. Air conditioner very noisy keep turning on and off very hard to sleep .

With the exception of the initial check in staff who stated the bottles of water freely sitting on the front desk were only for guests. When I asked if I wasn't a guest, he responded that it was only for "VIP GUESTS."
This was very disappointing and rude especially for a guest visiting hot Houston.
Besides that rep, the front desk young Indian or Pakistani appearing guy was really amazing, patient and very very kind. The lady was also polite and amazing.

Everything else including the catering lady was great. The so-called "VIP" water guy needs training to exhibit respect and courteousness towards all guests, especially for a simple bottle of water sitting around. He was RUDE!
