Very bad
Pros:

It was close to the grocery store

Cons:

The beds were dirty and we were very itchy all night. The bathrooms towels had black stains all over them. The ac didn't work and when we asked him to switch rooms because I have asthma and I couldn't breathe in the room he said no. It was too late to get another hotel. I wasn't able to sleep because it was really hot and the ac was also blowing dirty air. The beds were hard and had stains on them. The window had cracks all over them. The floor had dirty all over it. It was a very unpleasant stay and I will never go there again. We asked the staff for water because we were thirsty and the sink water was dirty and all the stores were closed and he said we had to use the vending machine. The vending machine charged me for someone else's drink aswell! This was such a bad experience.

Very convenient spot near places that was easy to commute to.

Cons:

Internet service was atrocious, TV amenities did not work half the time.

The big sliding door to exit room or for viewing patio stea with table outdoors

Cons:

Security could have been better, local homeless man damaged a company work truck on camera, police were called and reported but no arrest 1k+ to fix vehicle. Security patrol for awhile might scare away homeless

Grounds were bad pool side with a dangerous fountain empty a nice fall that would end in a 911 call.
Pros:

No early checkin so I stayed elsewhere.

Cons:

Poor staff attitude.
100 degrees outside and no early check in.

Pros:

Location is very convenient, parking is good, the pool is the plus, it has a nice balcony

Cons:

The shower changes the water temperature out of the blue, very expensive for the property (I went during Coachella)

Enjoyed, good location for travelers with stores and food around the area.
Pros:

I like that it’s indoors and you need a key to access the inside of the hotel. We also had a little outdoor area and a table which was really nice. Very comfortable beds!

Cons:

The WiFi was bad. It was very frustrating, WiFi was essential as we were ordering Ubers and food. WiFi needs major upgrade.

I loved the location because it had everything around it and free parking.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was falling off the wall, blood all over the walls and blow dryer, pool area needed to be maintained better, roaches, I got bit all over while I was sleeping, shower was either boiling hot or ice cold, when I left my room it was never serviced just a clean towel set but after the 2nd day no new towels. I had to throw my own trash away and the air conditioner was falling away from the wall. Water ceiling damage in the bathroom and entry way. The mini fridge stopped working so the 2nd day my food spoiled. Peep hole was filled in with somw kind of putty so you can't see out your door, holes above the bed, missing light covers in the bathroom, room needed to be deep cleaned, hallway carpets very dirty and smelly. Staff was kind though.
