Hyggelig personale, fint og stort rom. God frokost.
Air condition bråkte, vi ble vekket av en intens høy lyd kl seks om morgenen, og måtte skru av for å få stoppet den.

Very easy to get to from the central train station, and it is well within walking distance of the Munch museum and the shopping areas. My room was large, bathroom was very spacious, too, and it was a high floor (32) so it was really nice to look over the city skyline.
Breakfast was very nice and served till 10:30, great for me because i slept in!

Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en dik in orde. Zelfs een hele sectie dat glutenvrij was. Echter ontbijtzaal is beetje refter gevoel
Ontbijtzaal is beetje een refter gevoel. Er zijn werken momenteel aan de gang dat geluidshinder geeft. Ze brieven je wel hiervan nadat je geboekt hebt....

Currently under refurb so pool is closed - was one of main reasons we bkd. And next to a huge building site. Our room overlooked this. Also the 2 rooms we bkd online with booking meant we were 7 floors apart. Not appropriate when travelling with kids. The hotel did move us but we had to downgrade and didn't get any money back.

Hotel wybraliśmy z uwagi na basen- basen w remoncie, co okazało się po zameldowaniu...
Widok na fjord - mocno naciągany, jest to po prostu widok z wysokiego pietra na dworzec, ulice i gdzieś tam widać kawałek morza
Brak klimatyzacji, wentylacja też nie działała- na szczęście można było otworzyć okno
Restauracja na dachu- jedzenie nie było smaczne (ale wiadomo, to kwestia gustu), dostępność dań ograniczona- czego byśmy nie wybrali, to albo niedostępne, albo zamienniki, ryba odmrażana, pierś z kurczaka to mielonka jak w nuggetsach, a dżem truskawkowy do gofrów po prostu śmierdział plastikiem,a ceny z kosmosu
Łazienka- ładna, ale niebezpieczna, wysoki próg, mnóstwo kamiennych kantów, co w wąskim i śliskim pomieszczeniu jest po prostu niebezpieczne
