The whole experience was very enjoyable and would certainly return.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good especially regarding the gluten free options.
The room was comfortable.
The location was excellent for what we wanted to do and going in Oslo.
The reception staff on arriving and leaving were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room facilities were let down by not having enough tea or milk to make tea and the dirty cups were not replaced with clean ones.

Excellent, would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, bed and room very comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful and the overall ambience and decor of the hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

It was hard to find by car, partly due to building works opposite.

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, above typical European hotel standards.
The location is excellent and very convenient.
The beds were spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The check-in process was quite disappointing. Despite arriving around 11:00 PM, there was a long queue. Although a separate desk was allocated for online check-in, it was also being used for other requests (such as billing issues or stay extensions), which resulted in a 15–20 minute wait for what should have been a very quick room key collection.

After reaching our room, we tried calling reception several times to request a baby crib, but no one answered. We also tried the other service buttons on the room phone, without success. As a frequent traveler who stays in multiple hotels every month, I have never experienced a situation where reception could not be reached from the room. This is not only a service issue but also a concern from a safety perspective.

We then sent our request through the Booking app and explained that the phones were not being answered. A reply was eventually sent, saying the crib would arrive shortly. However, after waiting for about an hour from the time of our initial request, we had to cancel it and go to sleep.

Overall, this was quite disappointing, especially since we chose this hotel based on a very positive experience at a Radisson property in Bergen.
