Apesar da reserva e confirmação na recepção de.duas camas,, ntregaram um quarto com uma cama de casal para dois solteiros e só depois de uma confusão, resolveram a situação.

Måtte ringe til hotellet for å få det bekreftet.
Det var allikevel ikke ordnet med ekstraseng eller dyne/pute når vi kom på rommet.
Så måtte gi beskjed til resepsjonen.
Manglet kaffe på rommet.
Frokosten var mangelfull og veldig lite utvalg . Ingen tallerkener , måtte spørre, kun engelsktalende servitører .
Mulig vi ble henvist til et frokostområde/ buffé som var satt opp ekstra. Sjeldent jeg har vært på en hotellfrokost som har hatt så dårlig utvalg.
Lovely hotel right next to train station. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice.

Easy hotel to find. We got off the train and crossed the bridge. The hotel has a great central location. So really easy to travel and see the main sights.
The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel lobby is well presented. Our room was lovely and also warm which was important to us in December.. the shower gel smells lovely and the hotel provides amenities that u could need. We only ate breakfast here which was nice with a good variety to choose from. The pool area is small but ok if u go when the hotel isn't busy or if u go early . The gym was too small and very very cold. The sauna rooms are separate and in the male and female changing rooms which was a shame for us as we wanted to go together.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked by Viking cruises.
Unable to get any consideration re early access to the room.
Telephone did not work.
Heating did not work. Room was being heated by the bathroom underfloor heating set at 30 degrees
room service meal never arrived, ordered through TV app. Staff completely unable to assist, said kitchen was busy.

unable to book the specialty restaurant, "the top", went up there and staff very unhelpful

Ground floor bar was good.
You had to use the room key to lock the room on leaving, worked this out by trial and error.
Basseng: Valgte hotellet blant mye på grunn av tilgangen på basseng, noe som virkelig innfridde. Veldig fint lokale, og var så heldig å ha hele rommet for meg selv den timen jeg var der. 28°C i vannet var for kaldt til å stå i ro, men greit for å svømme.
Personalet: Godt bemannet, opplevde aldri kø ved resepsjonen.
Heisene: Smart system med heisene, hvor en slo inn etasjenummer på en skjerm før en kom til heisen, og fikk tildelt heis. Heisene gikk raskt, og det var veldig lite venting.
Trimrom: Overraskende bra utstyrt trimrom, med flott utsikt.
Sengen: Sengen var veeeldig myk, sank sikkert 20 cm ned i senga.
Frokosten: Litt rotete lokale for frokost, måtte gå noen runder for å finne ut hvor ting var. Ikke det største utvalget. Maten ble også tatt inn et kvarter før siste frist for frokost.
Bra läge. Fin bastu.
Vi bokade familjerum men fick bara en extrasång. Trångt! Saknade kuddar etc. Inte utrustat för tre.
