My toilet handle was broke .. my husband put it back together .. I did t get the room I paid for on line.. told me they didn’t have any more . This was after I went in and saw I wasn’t in the correct room wasn’t happen bout that . But I got over it

Seen a hair on toliet and in the tub. Rooms need better security with the loose protection on them. Everything else is very much up to part.

The employees are nice, but the hotel is absolutely awful. It smells like cigarettes and mildew. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the hotel is desperate for an update. I wish we had left and tried to get our money back instead of staying there. The smell gave me a horrible headache. The pool was green, and the room windows were smeared with handprints and grime. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.
