El hotel presentaba un olor desagradable, con un fuerte aroma a cigarrillo en las habitaciones. Además, el personal de recepción intentó cobrarme un valor mucho mayor al estipulado en la reserva.

I couldn't find the airport shuttle, rang the hotel and the staff member was quite abrupt and rude, saying I needed to check with the airport (actually, as I explained, it was the hotel airport shuttle). The price I paid was inflated due to (I assume) the World Cup and way above what the property was worth. The breakfast was also quite poor and the facilities are basic. Even at normal price, I would recommend finding somewhere else.

The road noise was very loud & it was difficult to sleep.

I liked the china 7 down the street, food was superb 👌🏽... as far as the hotel it needs major upgrade! T.v was like being in 1967, only got old shows, western and the screen still would blot out. This is 2026 they have to do better! Sheets and pillowcases looked like they were never buy new ones. Do better, the staff was great it just looks like the owner doesn't put back into the establishment.
The quality. As a owner one should put back into their establishment! So many upgrades needed!!! Throw away those filthy beddings and upgrade those televisions!!!!

L’uomo dello staff con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è risultato non accogliente e scortese. C era scritto che ci sarebbe stata la piscina ma in realtà non si poteva usare e quando l abbiamo fatto presente hanno detto che non avrebbero potuto farci nulla. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto a che ora fosse la colazione e hanno detto che sarebbe iniziata alle sei, al che abbiano comunicato che noi alle 6 avremmo dovuto iniziarla immediatamente perché avevamo un taxi alle 6.30, quando siamo scese la mattina successiva la colazione non era pronta, il personale in maniera secca ha detto che la stava preparando. Non siamo quindi riuscite ad usufruire a pieno della colazione che abbiamo pagato.

The beds were comfortable and the cleaning of the facilities was good in the inside.
Ok, I did not like that we were moved from one room to another due to the tv not working and charging stations not working in the assigned room. The items like water are overly priced.The breakfast area and food needs upgrades. Kitchen with hot served breakfast is popular. The pool was not in working condition for quest. The hotel entrance area needs upgrades like new furniture, paint the stairs, new carpet, decorative pictures and accessories are needed.
It had rooms available, had a shuttle from the airport, and the staff was friendly.
The room was hot, the floor was wet/sticky/slippery, there were chunks of black debris eminating from the wall unit providing AC, and the sheets had stains on them.
Did not make breakfast was too tired
