Disappointed and ashamed that I brought my family here

The room wasn't clean, we had to wipe down everything and pick hairs off the bed. One of the beds squeaked loudly when the person rolled over. The room door stuck really bad. Wi-Fi was so slow many of the pages would time out. Some of the breakfast muffins were left over from previous days. No fresh fruit. We were first to breakfast and there were 3 yogurts and it wasn't restocked. The morning desk attendant slept in their chair instead of paying attention to guests. The hotel's website photos are NOT representative of what the rooms really look like.

Clarion Point, hmmmmm, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The night shift front desk lady was awesome. The Indian lady in the morning was also great. I loved there attitude and the tall foreign cleaning lady was so sweet.

Cons:

The black guy behind the desk at breakfast had a little too much attitude for a mistake that was on the morning setup crew. I was getting waffles for my kids when the dispenser cap for the mix came off in my hand. His attitude felt a bit disrespectful. He made it seem like it was my fault when the cap was not screwed on tight enough. He mumbled under his breath "I hate when these mother fuckers do this. Very poor attitude for this guy. If you only need a place to sleep and it's cheap, this the spot for you. Don't bring your kids or whole family. It took forever to get a taxi called because of the name change. Even at the airport, it was on the shuttle bus screen, but we waited for almost 40 mins for a shuttle bus in the cold that was going that way. We finally had to take a taxi.
