I had a delay in early check in.
I tried also to explain that I had a subsequent booking for today September 30, 2025 until October 3, 2025 at the hotel under a group, but this was not found and caused me a bit of stress. It was later found this morning on further enquiry at the from desk. All is well that ends well.
