Coffee and muffins were good for me. I took them with me for the road.
I had the pet room ok with me, but it was dingy and dated. Felt I needed sanitizer. Took my dachshund to back of property and was really put off by the filth and garbage strewn about and blown against the fence. More people problem than dog waste problem. Dogs seemed to be better.
Property was clean
The staff at the front counter, not much for breakfast options
This was a well priced hotel. It's a little rundown, but clean and comfortable.
It looks a little outdated but everything was clean and comfy.
The room was clean and comfortable. My husband really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Staff were all very nice, especially the person who checked us in. And Ellensburg turned out to be a cooler town than I was expecting.
The check in process was painfully slow, although maybe it was just that so many people arrived at once. As usual I found the continental breakfast had little on offer for vegans and it left a bad impression that they left deliveries of chilled goods out in the breakfast room.
Check in clerk - DJ - was quite friendly and helpful. He offered to let me park my motorcycle under the covered guest check in parking.Room was quite clean and functional. Location was good as well - near highway, fast food, fuel.
There should be a law that defines what constitutes the word 'breakfast'. The only warm food - slop IMO - was dry hockey puck buns with some kind of grey-water coloured, sewage-textured sauce. I dont recall even cereal or yogurt.
On may way out, the metal adhesive sign that says "PULL" had come partially unglued from the door and was peeled back a little. The sharp corner punctured my finger and drew enough blood that I needed a tissue. I peeled it off all the way, gave it to the clerk and showed him my finger and he just took it an walked away. Two days later, my finger was slightly infected and warm to the touch and painful enough to cause discomfort while driving my motorcycle. Not a trip ruiner but I'm consider filing a complaint.
Price and location
Breakfast needed more variety
Location and availability
Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t available when posted. Couldn’t break a $100 bill for me to leave a tip for housekeeping, so I didn’t.
Thought it was right next to Wendy’s and we felt comfortable letting our kids walk across there.
The TV didn’t work, the bathroom water in the shower didn’t work, no soap, they were double beds, and there were black hairs, and food crumbs inside my bed, there was no elevator, not that that’s a huge deal, but when you’re disabled, it is., The hotel needs a major facelift. Very thin, coverlet blanket and no option to get others, they didn’t have my reservation when I came in then they charged me for two nights with a gentleman right after I booked it and he said he would adjust it but now Booking.com and the hotel said I had to pay for both nights. Although I was only there one. Total bummer. The value was great priced but you get what you pay for. The front desk Gal was very gruff and rude and several of our families who were staying there commented. Although I appreciate a good value I also wish I would’ve spent more for what I got plus having to pay for two nights really isn’t customer centric.
ANY PROTIENS FOR BREAKFAST, NONE.....
The hotel directory listed 20 or so channels available. Only 5 or 6 showed up on the tele & all said "channel not available".
Price of the room
No elevator
The front desk staff that was on duty at our check in was exceptional. The breakfast exceeded my expectation and the staff member working the breakfast area was also exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was no elevator and we were in a second floor room with a marginally mobile daughter. We may have been able to get this rectified if we asked but it was not absolutely necessary in our case.
Convenient location, easy parking good size room reasonable bathroom
Helpful and cheerful staff
More than ok for over night stop
Had more facilities , pool gym , than we could use
Breakfast was rather basic but adequate
We really hate the hotels that make you eat off of and with plastic and paper utensils that all then seem to be dumped in trash
Facility was very clean, staff was very professional and courteous. Continental breakfast was outstanding.
Direct TV in the rooms. And, as with prior experiences with DTV, it went out around 9 a.m. on day 2 and DTV still hadn't resolved the issue (half the city of Ellensburg was without reception!) when we checked out on day 3.
very clean room
nothing
