Location is only good thing about this place
It is not worth the money, nobody at front desk and had to wait 20 mins for somebody to come to check us in, lamp didn’t work in the room, electrical outlets not working, no faceplates on electrical outlets, fireplace in room didn’t work, water barely even got warm enough to take a shower, all the ice machines were not working. It was a total waste of money and I would highly recommend going somewhere else
Nothing. Leaving. Nothing to like.
The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Pool is green, hot tub is broken. Sheets were stained. Mattresses ripped open. Felt like you needed a tetanus shot just walking in. Security door latches were ripped off the doors. There was a swastika etched on the elevator wall for my kids to see.
Disgusting hotel. Never got a refund for the 4 days I booked and paid for, drove 800 miles to show up in this dump. Looks a pay by the hour hotel.
It was off the road enough that you didn’t hear the street noise, but close enough to the parkway that everything was assessable.
The indoor pool was not very nice.
The location was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking into the mountains it was just relaxing and we even seen a bear. The staff was amazing. For the price it was a good stay we will be back.

Beds were very hard, sheets and towels were not the cleanest as stains were on them, bathtub bottom was gritty and dirty, pool water was dirty looking

The pool inside was freezing
The room was clean and had a lot of room. I have a big family and it fit all of us comfortably. I like having everyone in the same room instead of getting two rooms.
The heater for the indoor pool was not working at all. The hot tub was too hot. And we would have liked to been on the front side facing the parkway.

The property was Dirty need repairs the doors need additional locks they were taken off. The walls need cleaning. Some of the towels were not washed and the property could not provide wash cloths. Clean and paint pool area. No working equipment in the work out room.
I arrived a little earlier than the check in time and Vincent greeted me and was able to check me in after I explained that I just drove 13 hours with my kids. He was very kind and professional and understanding.
Outdoor pool was closed.
