WiFi didn't work, phone didn't work, ac didn't work, toilet leaked and wouldnt flush, there was hardly any breakfast to serve to people, outdoor pool and hot tub unusable and looks absolutely nothing like pictures online, very false advertising. Our room was completely disgusting and no way it was cleaned. Found old laundry in the closet from a previous guest. Stains all over the sheets. We checked out as fast as we could. Very disappointing

The fridge in the room didn’t work, pools were closed, staff was a little rude, no daily room check, the breakfast was terrible, barely any food.

The front manager was very very rude to every guest and told us if we didn't like it we could go next door and pay more. We ask for extra towels and he said he couldn't give us none cause laundry people was already gone. The outside pool was nasty look like they was black mold on the walls inside the pool. They kept the fitness room locked. The pictures on Booking.com needs to be taken down or updated. They charge me $10.00 for a smoking fee for 2 nights even if we didn't smoke.

The staff was not friendly, the room was disgusting and when we went down to breakfast at 8 there was nothing left and we had to go somehwere to purchase breakfast.

everything. Disgusting hotel. Creepy vibes, kinda felt like I was in a horror movie. Was constantly harassed by the owner(?)/receptionist/housekeeper/CEO??? He made weird advancements toward me and when I told him I had a boyfriend he made comments about my boyfriend being in the military, how my boyfriend would end up going crazy and either get himself killed or kill me. Just many, many disgusting comments about our military & country. Maybe if you don’t like the USA…don’t be here profiting off of it? Just a thought.
Stay far away from here!

I liked nothing about this establishment

I didn't like that check in was at 4p.m. and I got to my room and it was dirty. Sheets weren't on, blankets thrown everywhere. My room wasn't ready until almost 10p.m. I also didn't like that it was hard to reach staff. I waited for a call from them to my room phone for hours just to realize the phone wasn't hooked up in the room. I went for the continental breakfast.. they had no juice or drinks. A few eggs and 4 biscuits. That was it. I called ahead of time to get information on the pools before I booked. I was told to check online. I checked it said a pool and hot tub inside and a pool outside. My husband called back to ask and ask the hours and was told pools close at 10. Since our room wasn't ready we waited until the next day to get in the pool to find out the outside pool wasn't in service nor was the hot tub and the indoor pool was not heated as advertised. Outdoor pool and hot tub Looked to be closed for awhile. My balcony table was busted and there were beer lids everywhere. The blankets on the bed were stained as well.

When we got to the room, it was disgusting. There were stains on the fabric everywhere, and it looked like the room had not been cleaned in years. I pulled out the sofa bed for my son and there were no sheets or extra pillow. When I went to the front desk, I was told I should have brought them from home. After pushing the issue, I was finally given a sheet and pillow that looked and felt older than my 11-year-old. At that point, my husband had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies because I could not let my family sleep in those conditions. The bathroom and room both had mold, and the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that none of us slept well. The next day, we asked for more towels and washcloths since the room only had two of each for five people. The manager told me to hang them up and reuse them. I explained again that we booked for five people, but he went back and forth with me before giving us only towels. When my husband asked for washcloths, he was told he would have to bring the used ones down to get more. Breakfast was a joke, and I wouldn’t feed my dogs what they served, let alone my husband and children. The pools and hot tub were disgusting, slimy, and green. We were locked out of our room twice, and it seemed like many other guests were having the same problem, since there were about 15 people waiting in the lobby and no one answering the phones or front desk for over 20 minutes. Outside, the building is literally falling apart. To make it worse, we found roaches in the middle of the night. I honestly do not understand how this place is still open, and I will be contacting the health department because a full investigation needs to be done. The price may have looked good at first, but after the hidden fees, the cleaning supplies, and having to replace the breakfast that was supposed to be included, I would have gladly paid more for a much better experience.

The rooms were dirty and dusty, the air didn’t work too good and we had to buy a fan to stay cool while vacationing, no additional towels or wash cloths were given as we were told to reuse what we had because the hotel couldn’t afford to wash so many a day and hand them out so we had to go out and buy our own at Wal-Mart, bedding had stains, we had to clean the bathroom ourselves as it was filthy, we also had to clean our room prior to putting our stuff in due to dust, blood was on our shower curtain so we could tell it was never washed, the trashcan already had trash in it, we requested side by side rooms and yet everyone in our party were split up on totally different floors, we arrived and were charged $50 additional because we were told the booking site didn’t charge us the right price and when we explained we’d find another place to lodge we were told we couldn’t get a refund of our nights paid so we had no choice but to pay the $50 or lose our entire amount we spent on staying there, the outside pool looked like something frogs and other swamp creatures would live in it was so filthy and no one used it due to that but the inside pool wasn’t that much better, the hot tub didn’t work at all, toilet in our room didn’t flush properly, we were also told we couldn’t change rooms after all the problems we encountered and we were told it would cause us to lose our money or the hotel to lose money which made absolutely no sense!

The refrigerator was frozen solid, didn't keep drinks cold at all. One of the staff members was rude, wasn't friendly at all. The breakfast wasn't allowed upstairs, so no one in our group ate breakfast. The staff never made sure we didn't need towels or anything. The pool was green, couldn't swim. The fitness room was supposed to be open at 6am, but it never was unlocked to be used.

WORST SERVICE FROM ANY HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!! HANDS DOWN!! WE WON'T BE BACK!! Oh and Free Wifi!?! It's a JOKE!! NO WIFI AT ALL.. THEY LIE!!

Deceptive online description, upon arrival found front desk clerk cussing a lady on the phone, the pool was green and nasty and the indoor pool was very small, the ac didn't work in either room we had and my kids got ate up by something during the night. Terrible. Don't do it

Everything. The hotel manager was rude and didn’t stay on location if you needed anything. The rooms were dirty and he even admitted to me they don’t have anyone that cleans the rooms. The bedding was stained and there was old trash in our room when we checked in. The pools were closed because they were filthy. There was no hot water to take a shower. The air conditioning wasn’t working good. This was a horrible place to stay.
