I got double charge for my room and when I tried to confront the manager to get this resolved, and Booking.com also called him several times to try to get this resolved. He was rude with them. He was rude with me. He told the one girl that was helping me to go back to the hotel. He was gonna give me cash when I get there and he’s basically cussing at me and calling me a dumb b**ch

The entire hotel was hot, no AC anywhere. Room didn’t cool down nor the lobby or breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it’s not included. The indoor and outdoor pools were both too unkept to be used. Both green and frogs in the outdoor one. Also manager requires you to pay an extra $5/night when you arrive to check in.

There was roaches we didn't see when we checked in got up in the middle of the night and they were everywhere. There was also no ac in so many rooms everyone was talking about it on the elevators. Ours worked barely it was so hot in the room. When we said something about it we were told they could bring us a fan. The outdoor pool was so gross they just shut it down with trash floating in it. The hot tub was out of order the first day we were there but then it opened so that was a good thing. The pictures are so out dated on booking it's crazy. The pool area has so much rust around the pool lifts. They charge you $10 for gratitude when you check in. The breakfast is horrible. It's biscuits with gravy and the juice machine was out. The owner didn't want to bring spray out for the waffle maker said too much was used the day before so we didn't have any to use. He did finally bring some out after being hateful and trying to make a women feel stupid because her waffle stuck. Told her it didn't need to spray what did she do. Ummm ok lol. The housekeepers don't clean the whole rooms the place that is supposed to hold a hair dryer (just the holder no hair dryer) was super dusty. We paid almost 300 just to be hot with no other option because they don't do refunds at all no matter what.

They lock the front doors down at 10:30pm so you have to walk all the way around the backside of the building to get in they don’t have a key entry anywhere
Outside pool was closed down
They also charge a resort fee they don’t tell booking about it so you pay for it when you get there

More like staying at a bed and breakfast but not enough breakfast for all the guests., Also no coffee in room.

Hotel is very dirty, towels are old, room carpet are dirty, front desk floor are dirty, breakfast area is dirty, food was not even prepare to meet guest expectation. This hotel needs to be more clean how they advertist on booking.com. We did not enjoy staying at this hotel. All I can say is, everything is not what we expected looking from the outside. The black lady is very lazy and not organize. After asking other guest, they were not satisfied with their stay. I have not been to a hotel where the door closed at 10pm and we have to used the back door to enter the hotel. I will never recommend the hotel to anybody and will not stay at this hotel again.

My room was dirty, Finger nails on the floor, Someone's dirty clothes behind sofa. One person there , breakfast was nothing as it says plus cold and bagels hard. Outside pool out of service as the hot tub. Gym locked up and dirty inside . Our air conditioning barley worked and they didn't give us another room But gave a fan. Very poorly ran hotel.

I didn’t like how they put us in a room with roaches, then switched us to a smaller room when confronted. I didn’t like how the manager kept acting like he was not the manager. I didn’t like how they try to open up my room with a key card at 9:55 AM and checkout is at 11 AM.. I did not like how we had to call the police to the property because the manager tried to kick in the door as I tried to proceed to shut it since it was before 11 AM. I’m still waiting on a refund. I deserve at least half my money back for real all of my money back for all the troubles.

Everything else. The pools were dirty. The mattresses and the towels had stains all over. The water for the shower was cold. Broken furniture, no lightbulbs, not clean...

They overcharge on top of what I paid. Not disclosed in the "final price agreement and payment," after they run your card. They will come up will some imaginary fees that were never discussed.

I wished I spent double the money for a proper place

Nothing. Outdoor pool was green and dirty, inside pool was milky and hot tub was broken. Very dusty dirty odd smelling, breakfast was a bust, coffee was like diesel fuel....not a good experience. Had 6 guests in my party and they gave us 3 towels and even with a pool and standing there soaking wet asking for towels they still denied us towels. Do not recommend!!
