Breakfast was basic but very well organized and timed to every guest's schedule.
Very quiet and far enough off the main traffic to be restful and relaxed
No issues with anything----everything was above average for the price and convenience
No elevator, for when u have a little one
Broken tiles in the bathroom, painted sink bowl, needs to replace faucet.
Clean and nice rooms. Staff was great. Very nice and attentive.
Trash out side and people smoking which didn't really bother me just no ashtrays outside. On thing the side door didn't lock so anyone could go in and out as they pleased.
Wonderful, helpful owners.
For a handicapped room, the bed was too high for me to get in without my husband helping me. They were short staffed so we had to ask for items like coffee, shampoo, towels, Kleenex to be replenished (we had a three night stay).
Nothing
They are charging us $50 for supposed bloodstains on towels that I know for a fact weren’t made by us. Spoke with Joe and all he wanted to do was argue with me and not listen to reason and blame us. The towels were already “yellowed” when we got there.
Good location.
Place was freezing cold, had odor like mold or stale cigarette smoke. No hot tub, even though website said had one. Was cheap but realized why we were 1 of only 2 rooms booked.
Friendly and easy access.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were clothes still in the room on the floor that didn't belong to us. The air conditioner was loud and leaked water
Very clean!
Stayed there two summers ago and it smelled and was disgusting. This time it was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Love the chair in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable.
It shows its age but overall my needs were met.
The location was good.
Breakfast was cold. The billed me more then was promised for 2 nights.
Very good, staff was excellent.
I didn't get to talk much to the day staff, but the gentleman who was on at night was exceptionally friendly. This was a good hotel and great value.
Missed breakfast, only went until 9:00. We got back very late Friday evening and we slept in.
#1 issue was the air conditioner didn’t work reliably.
The person at reception told me what more could I ask for the price. When I told him the beds were stained and dirty, he ordered them to be changed, but not in a good way. I had to explain why they were like that. I think quality shouldn't be confused with price in something as important as cleanliness.
