Never making this mistake again!
Pros:

I liked that the hotel offered a pool and a hot meal for breakfast.

Cons:

There was an added $550.00 damge deposit that was only mentioned when we arrived. The housekeeping staff was rude and told us we had to vaccum our own room, stated they could not stop what they were doing to clean our room. We asked if he could collect the trash bag that we already gathered. He was on his phone texting at that moment btw.

My room was not clean and ready and not only did the staff give me a new room but they upgrade me at no charge! They als

Everything was clean and accessible. The room was well decorated and everything looked new and well cared for. The bed was very soft and comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the tv had a streaming service platform such as Roku or fire tv so visitors could sign into their accounts and watch what they wanted.

Cons:

First room dirty, curtains broke, rug filty,fridge froze over, bathroom door and frame in poor shape, wallpaper peeling off wall, security lock not working, lobby filty, trash cans at breakfast never empty, and more. Sorry surprised me for being a Fairfield person and a Hilton member. Just bad.

It was only for convenience because we lost power due to to storm

Was told the room is originally booked had a king sized bed and a QUEEN sized pull out sofa...
The sofa bed was a twin sized bed and could not accommodate both of my children....had to down grade to a room with 2 queen sized beds

My stay was adequate for my needs
Pros:

Staff was polite and room was clean with great air conditioning.

Cons:

Hotel next door appeared to be under remodeling and you had to drive by dumpsters to get to the Fairfield. Hidden signage at breakfast stating $200 fine if food was taken to the room. I'm not happy but accept food could not be taken to room but the sign should have not been pushed behind a chaffing dish you just happened to see. Felt like they where hoping to catch you off guard to fine you.
