Cons:

The hotel ended up charging me 50 dollars more during check in. They sent me a note that they will accommodate me for early check in. I was 4 hrs early and the front desk lady was adamant to charge additional money, even when I told her that I was notified there won't be any additional cost.

Charged twice for the room :(
Pros:

Nice room

Cons:

I pre-paid for the room upon booking. They then charged me again when checking out but promised me it was just a pending charge. Lo and behold, it is now not pending on my credit card and they’ve taken the money twice. There are also a lot of hidden charges and taxes.

Localização muito boa e quarto bem amplo. Limepza em geral ok, e parte pública do hotel é ótima.

Cons:

A taxa obrigatória de “destination fee” não foi claramente informada no momento da reserva e é apresentada de forma enganosa como um “crédito” de $25 para consumo no restaurante. Na prática, esse valor é cobrado diariamente como uma taxa obrigatória, o que torna o suposto benefício inexistente. Além disso, apenas eu fui cobrado, enquanto outra família que viajava conosco não recebeu essa cobrança, o que levanta sérias dúvidas sobre a consistência e a justiça dessa prática.

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, with plenty of green areas that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is great, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Overall, the property feels well maintained and enjoyable.

Cons:

However, parking was a downside. The cost is $70 per day, which I found quite expensive. Additionally, on weekends, nearby parking lots are often reserved, making parking even more inconvenient.

Clean and centrally located hotel
Pros:

Great location, close to downtown and the historic district. Lots of food options in the neighborhood

Cons:

Overpriced parking. Ask in advance if there is no groups/convention because the bar might be closed.

Expensive Parking Options.

Bar and amenities were nice.

What you need to know about this hotel is the PARKING. The hotel offers $70 valet, which seems like a lot….. but BEWARE that your other offers will have you (anxiety riddled and watching your parking timer on your phone) paying $30 every 4-hour period totaling over $100 to stay the night there.

So factor that in when paying for the room on top of that.

Also, their terrible iron and ironing board which kept collapsing while using it, stained and ruined my anniversary night dress. Fun times.

Other than these annoyances, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were all nice. I will say the check in process time per guest could be *greatly* reduced- there was no line and to check us in had us standing there at least ten minutes if not more.
