They operate in a fraudulent way. The hotel charged me extra for five days of valet parking without my knowledge or consent, even though I didn’t use it and didn’t have a car during my stay. I asked them to refund the extra charge, but they’ve ignored my request.

Excellent everything! Corrine Restaurant was the best experience.
Pros:

It was personal and relaxing.
Best trip ever.
Staff greeted you and said goodbyes. They made you feel special.
They had a bar and restaurant. So if you want just to stay at the hotel you didn’t have to travel anywhere else.

Pros:

Newly built hotel with a lovely pool & garden area. Everything was clean and staff friendly. Location is great, you can reach the San Antonio Riverwalk within a couple of minutes by foot. We received a few cupons for a coffee at the restaurent, a cocktail at the garden bar etc. which was a great added value. All in all, I would definitely come back and wished we'd stayed one more night to enjoy all the amenities.

Stayed one night didn’t get to enjoy all you offer.Room was real nice.
Cons:

Went to First bar inside the building on May 24th at9:45pm never came over to take our order. Customers that he was serving pointed to us that we needed service and he still didn’t have the decency to serve us a drink gave us his back.Went to the next bar where he was totally different good service with him.

Okay value, the night life in the hotel itself is buzzing. But over overly priced.

It’s a beautiful property, clean and vibrant.

Cons:

The food, while it was incredibly overpriced the food was very mediocre. Upon ordering and waiting over 40 mins for anything to arrive. They had failed to tell me the dish I ordered was now sold out. The waitress did comp some delicious fried bread. Other than that it was overcooked and burned that much so I couldn’t even eat my Brussel spouts.
