Despite the room setup we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location is great - walking distance to convention center, a park next door, and restaurants; very clean

Cons:

The rooms are weird - you walk into a large open bathroom right at the sink, shower & toilet have opaque glass doors & a sliding door into bedroom. OK for couples but not a lot of privacy when others are with you.

Perfect for weekend getaways, no need to leave property.
Pros:

I think this hotel and the Kimpton next door are really amazing places, theyre built on top of some old properties so they have both new and old feel. Amenities and restaurants are fantastic. Staff was great.

Cons:

my only real. complain was parking; to valet is excessive at $70 a night, and the public parking is not always available for overnight- in fact i had to move my car to a farther lot for overnight and the lot attendant was a real jerk.

Terrific remodel of an excellent property!
Pros:

We've been waiting for the re-opening of this beautiful property. My favorite place to stay in San Antonio. I had the good luck of having to drive through SA on my way to visit a customer, and booked a room. First time since the re-do, so excited to see what they had done, as we absolutley loved the old property. They kept the overall feel of it, kept most of the landscaping and upgraded restaurant, bars and pool. Located in a part of the La Villita area near the Hemisfair grounds, it's a sweet oasis in the middle of SA. Breakfast was FAB. Service was outstanding. LOVE IT. We were sad the peacocks were gone, but were told they went to a sanctuary and were happy.

Cons:

Valet parking is VERY expensive. There is a public lot very near, so a good option.

Ein schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel, jedoch mit einigen Abstrichen bei Preis, Ausstattung und Serviceangebot.
Pros:

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Gute Lage in Fussnähe zum River Walk, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt eher teuer. Teile der Infrastruktur wirken nicht mehr ganz neu. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem eine Aussicht auf eine laute Strasse sowie direkt auf ein anderes Hotel, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem bietet das Hotel kein klassisches Frühstück an, sondern lediglich ein Restaurant mit durchgehendem Lunch- und Dinner-Angebot

Pros:

Very very nice stay at Plaza San Antonio, on vous le recommande fortement !

Les chambres sont spacieuses, luxueuses même. Le check-in est hyper efficace. Un bon d'arrivée de 25$ est fourni. Et la piscine est sublime

Modern snazzy hotel in the heart of San Antonio

My go to property in San Antonio. I love the design and location. The outdoor bar and restaurant area is great for evenings! The rooms are modern and fresh.

Cons:

The hotel ended up charging me 50 dollars more during check in. They sent me a note that they will accommodate me for early check in. I was 4 hrs early and the front desk lady was adamant to charge additional money, even when I told her that I was notified there won't be any additional cost.

Charged twice for the room :(
Pros:

Nice room

Cons:

I pre-paid for the room upon booking. They then charged me again when checking out but promised me it was just a pending charge. Lo and behold, it is now not pending on my credit card and they’ve taken the money twice. There are also a lot of hidden charges and taxes.

Cobranças indevidas, infraestrutura do hotel muito boa
Pros:

Localização muito boa e quarto bem amplo. Limepza em geral ok, e parte pública do hotel é ótima.

Cons:

A taxa obrigatória de “destination fee” não foi claramente informada no momento da reserva e é apresentada de forma enganosa como um “crédito” de $25 para consumo no restaurante. Na prática, esse valor é cobrado diariamente como uma taxa obrigatória, o que torna o suposto benefício inexistente. Além disso, apenas eu fui cobrado, enquanto outra família que viajava conosco não recebeu essa cobrança, o que levanta sérias dúvidas sobre a consistência e a justiça dessa prática.
