Convenient and comfortable enough, but basic, cramped, and lacking warmth.
Pros:

Convenient location with easy access to public transport, nearby cafés and a Co-op, and a lovely breakfast buffet; the stay was comfortable and functional for a short visit.

Cons:

The overall experience felt quite basic and far from a luxury stay, especially considering what we have paid for better hotels elsewhere in Switzerland. The room was small and minimally furnished, with very limited space for storage or movement, which made longer stays uncomfortable. The bathroom amenities were poorly maintained—both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not functioning. While the hotel is adequate for a no-frills stay, it does not offer anything particularly memorable or special. Most importantly, the staff interactions felt curt and impersonal, which significantly affected our experience. This was our second stay at this hotel and, despite having traveled extensively across Switzerland, it was the only place where we did not feel welcomed or treated warmly. The hotel would greatly benefit from improved customer service and more attentive guest interactions.
