Pros:

Very close to two metro stations which makes up for being a bit far from the center of Zurich. Also close to supermarket and nice italian restaurant around the corner. We asked for the bigger room which was fairly spacious and well equipped with everything. Very friendly and helpful staff

Pros:

Bei meiner Ankunft war das Zimmer bei 12° kalt, es war über eine Stunde niemand vom Hausservice erreichbar trotz mehrere telefonversuche. Zum Schluss musste ich bei der Rezeption anrufen, diese haben dann das Haus Personal organisiert, welche mir ein Heizgerät gebracht haben, ein Techniker hat die air conditioning abgeschaltet und mir mitgeteilt dass die Heizung kaputt se. Dies waren wirkliche Mängel in dem Zimmer 2201. Dadurch konnte ich den Wellnessbereich gar nicht aufsuchen, da ich die ganze Zeit am Abend damit beschäftigt war das Zimmer für mich komfortabler zu gestalten und aufzuwärmen. Habe über eine Stunde in meinem Mantel da gesessen Punkt gegen 21 Uhr wurde mir dann auch eine Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Essenbestellung gestaltet sie sich ebenfalls als schwierig, lief ebenfalls wieder nur über die Rezeption, welche mir dann das zuständige Personal aufs Zimmer geschickt hat. Nachdem das Personal dann aktiviert war waren alle sehr freundlich!
