Give Robin a raise! That man is the Tom Brady of Hospitality!!
Pros:

Watching Robin quarterback the lobby with 1000 volleyball families coming in and out was a thing of beauty. He helped wherever he saw a need and was encouraging the rest of the staff to join him in his radical hospitality! Give that man a raise!!

Robin associate is the BEST!
Pros:

Robin was the BEST. He helped me with all my baggages while moving to another room. I can’t say enough how wonderful, patient, and helpful he was with me and my daughter! Truly a gentlemen and professional.

They don't care about customer satisfaction
Pros:

The know that this tournament is going to be here every year. And I can bet my paycheck that they know more than a week in advanced. They are always short handed and they say it is staffing isssues. So that means the manage is worthless. They could had people bright in from other locations. The managers could be helping on the check in desk but we are forced to stay here so we don't have a choice and they know that

Downtown Marriott has a great location; nice, clean rooms; a great exercise facility.
Pros:

The hotel location was within walking distance of the Kaufman Center. The exercise room was huge with nice views of the city out the top floor windows. The exercise room had a wide variety of machines and equipment to use.

Cons:

I booked the room online using my first name Bill but used my credit card to pay for the room. My first name on the credit card reads William. The clerk at registration didn't seem to understand that Bill is short for William which I had to explain to her. At check-out, there was a long line of guests waiting to check out and only one clerk behind the registration desk.

Made the most of the trip, great rooms and fun environment at the lobby bar. fix the internet!
Pros:

The room was spacious, nice and clean. Housekeeping did OK with refreshing towels but i did not feel like they cleaned anything. I still found stray hairs that were not mine in the bathroom.

Cons:

The facility's internet was a huge problem. Not only in the guestroom but also in the main lobby. This was a major problem for everyone.

Excellent!
Pros:

Braden, Stephan, and Aaron were super helpful and friendly. They gave us good advise on the sites of the city and where we could find good food. It was very good to speak with people that know the city.
