Great property with friendly and helpful employees.
Price was exorbitant because of the proximity to a venue.
Located right by the convention center. Very easy to walk.
All the construction around it. But I know that isn’t their fault.
The proximity to the Convention Center could not have been better. So location was amazing. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Room was clean, shower was perfect!
Only two towels for two people for 3 nights. I use one in my hair and one for body. So we made it work. It was divided into two hotels basically. If anything was needed we would have had to go all the way back across the skybridge and down the stairs or elevator to get to the front lobby. The elevators on check out day were horrible. There were people from the main tower trying to get to the lobby while those of us in the second tower were doing the same. The elevator computing system did not account for us having a trolly and the elevator already being full. It wasn't THAT big of a deal in first world problems, just annoying.
I liked that it was so close to the convention center and also the room was comfortable.
First of all, the parking is extra at thirty five dollars a night and that's only if you get lucky enough to find a spot because they don't have enough. That forced us to have to use the valet, which turned out to be another $45 a night and then I had to get a credit for the other parking. Secondly, they put us n a room that took forever to get to. We had to walk probably a half a block to get to our room going through two elevators, a skybridge, and a security door. Just to walk to our room from our car took ten minutes. Also, the skybridge had a fragrance that was horrible and you could barely breathe. Lastly, there was no microwave in the room and after a day of an a half of being there, we found one in some remote location downstairs just by chance. It was a community microwave.
Location was great for basketball tournament.
Our room was by elevators and heard them all night!
Main floor bar is excellent, great for tournament, food is really good, environment good. Location is good to reach arena. Tower two has excellent access through walking bridge. Rooms are clean and reasonably updated. Overall good experience
healthier food in grab and go area, staff was generally fine but not overly helpful. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was just okay. - for the price, not a lot of variety.
Watching Robin quarterback the lobby with 1000 volleyball families coming in and out was a thing of beauty. He helped wherever he saw a need and was encouraging the rest of the staff to join him in his radical hospitality! Give that man a raise!!
Robin was the BEST. He helped me with all my baggages while moving to another room. I can’t say enough how wonderful, patient, and helpful he was with me and my daughter! Truly a gentlemen and professional.
The know that this tournament is going to be here every year. And I can bet my paycheck that they know more than a week in advanced. They are always short handed and they say it is staffing isssues. So that means the manage is worthless. They could had people bright in from other locations. The managers could be helping on the check in desk but we are forced to stay here so we don't have a choice and they know that
