Het hotel is mooi gelegen in een rustige wijk. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. Er stond dagelijkse heerlijk verse citroenlimonade klaar bij de entree. De kamers zijn weliswaar niet groot,aar comfortabel en de bedden zijn heerlijk. We waren erg blij met de goed werkende aircondition. Dat was nodig, want het was snikheet in Parijs. We hebben kortom genoten en komen als we in Parijs zijn terug in dit hotel!

Hotel elegante, con molto stile, bellissimo e molto accogliente
Excellent emplacement à Neuilly, proche du metro. Les chambres disposent d’air conditionné. Personnel tres aimable (en particulier Nanette), qui compense les soucis techniques dans la chambre. Le personnel nous a meme aide avec les bagages car nous étions dans une aile sans ascenseur.
Chasse d’eau tombée en panne pendant le séjour, et pendant 24h nous avons du utiliser la toilette d’une autre chambre a proximité. Pas la fin du monde, mais un peu embêtant. L’air conditionné a également eu des soucis de fonctionnement a la fin du séjour. De manière générale, l’hôtel doit faire un peu attention a son entretien - nous avons remarque une légère deterioration par rapport a notre précédent séjour il y a 2 ans.
L'hôtel est tres bien agencé et dans un bel hôtel particulier .
En revanche, la chambre en rdc donnait directement sur la terrasse du restaurant. La fenêtre a 1 m de la première table. Nous avons dû tirer les rideaux .
J'ai ensuite été victime d'un vol.
J'ai oublié mes AirPods dans la chambre et au bout de 5 appels téléphoniques aux termes desquels on me promettait de me rappeler, une personne m'a confirmé que ces AirPods étaient bien en sa possession et très facilement identifiables car enveloppés d'une coque très particulière .
Lorsque j'ai voulu les récupérer on m'a dit que ces AirPods n'avaient jamais été retrouvés .
Cet hôtel est à proscrire , compte tenu de ce vol , du défaut d'information sur la localisation de la chambre par rapport à la terrasse, puis de l'absence totale de management, et d'organisation , puis enfin de la malhonnêteté du personnel .
The Environment of the hotel was fantastic and enjoyable.
The lift was too small, but the important is that before guest come, please check toilet again, I found a small spider. In addition, the AC was working but the location of this was not suitable, it might make people sick.
The room was clean
No air conditioning in restaurant and public spaces
Not enough Staff and those working are overwhelmed - not a healthy environment to work
