the room is a joke, it is super small, uncomfortable and just ugly the bathroom was even smaller - the room was clean but I also was shocked that no safe was in the room. the location is Average - the complex is overloaded with people and the breakfast options are just sad, specially when you are a vegan

The bathroom wasn't big enough to get in...the pillows in public seats were dirty.The walls all need paint.There wasn't one regular plug in the whole room to use curling iron.Taxis and Ubers didn't know where to pick people up and we lost a ride one morning.People tending front desk in early morning we're not readily available.Every corner needs to be cleaned and there isn't enough seating in the lounge area

The people at the desk were great! Very helpful and friendly! House Keeper was friendly and did a wonderful job on our room! Restaurant is very nice and good food.

Pros:

I rented two rooms, one room power outlet has no power, they sent a tecnician to fix it. The other room the room phone does not work, can't dial out even to the front desk, although the hotel offer to switch room. Air conditioning stop working on the last day of stay, they have to sent tecnician to fix it.

Dodgy area, and hard to find the way to the entrance - on the way there, we finally found a lift and staircase, but rhe lift was faulty. The staircase was dirty, lift was old and dirty, too. Staff barely speak english. I rpeorted a bad a/c and a lamp in the room, the lamp then never been changed (the room remained kind of dark...) and the a/c was apparently good (a staff member told me that - however, it worked with a power like a fan! luckily the weather was moderattly hot only)... oh, and even a small coackroach fell on the bed in the evening from the ceiling lol..... So, we haven't enjoyed the stay there. Ibis chain is much better in the UK...

Recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Central for several metro stations. Nice park just outside hotel. Good internet access. If flying into Orly Airport it is direct line on metro and also by train to Versailles. Breakfast good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

THIS IS SECOND TIME I BOOKED THIS PLACE. FIRST TIME THEY WERE WELCOMING DUE TO WHICH I BOOKED IT AGAIN BUT SECOND TIME THEY AREN'T WELCOMING, THEY WERE RUDE AND MORE OVER DID RACIAL PROFILING ASKED ME VARIOUS QUESTION ON MY ETHNICITY ALSO VERY PUSHY TO BUY BREAKFAST. I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY.
